The store was well stocked and clean. When I checked out the cerk was very efficient and friendly. She asked good questions which helped to remind of what I needed for the day.

We recently purchased a new home that needed a lot of TLC and all of our improvement materials were purchased at the Punta Gorda Home Depot. All of the sales people we dealt with went over and above to help us out even so much as letting us use a van to take our $3,000 worth of vinyl flooring home. Our little Toyota would have required numerous trips back and forth to get the flooring home and seeing as my husband and I are in our 70’s this was a real blessing. I couldn’t be more pleased with the helpfulness of all the employees that we have dealt with.

We visit several Home Depots in Ohio and Indiana - we are very pleased with this location simply because of the service from the departments.

I've been to many Home Depot stores in Florida, and I must say that the quality of service provide by the Punta Gorda store is particularly good.

Worst store due to lack of quality inventory and staff that is constantly changing and inept

I bought a defective product and I was able to return it with ease. No hassle, no problem. Personnel were helpful.

Just ask and any employee will direct you to the correct isles to find what you are looking for.

I enjoy shopping at this store, but I really wish HD would stop selling pesticides and weed/grass killers known to be toxic to bees, other animals, and humans.

The isles were cluttered with sale items making it difficult to get around. Should a fire occur it could be tragic .

Teresa was honestly amazing! From the moment I walked into the home garden center, to the moment I left, she was AWESOME! I was able to ask any question about the plants, and she knew the answer! The store was very clean, organized, and everyone was FRIENDLY and HELPFUL!

We are new to Florida. The Punta Gorda Store is much nicer and friendly overall than the Home Depot that we shopped at in Illinois. The staff is great!. When you have questions, they know exactly what you need to get a job done. It has the feeling of a small town hardware store. You don't have to find someone to help. They are there in every department to assist you. Things are always in stock when you need them. It is a pleasure to shop at the Punta Gorda Store.

I have shopped here for years and have made large purchases on big appliances as well as so many other products that I need. Most recently a new beautiful stove that I am really happy with. Their employees are always extremely helpful, know their products and very friendly and easy to find in the store compare to other locations that I have been to. Store is always clean and neat with great products for home and garden use. I highly recommend this location.

Store has lots of selections, Clean and the staff is friendly.

Punta Gorda Home Depot is great. Sales Associate helped me find what I wanted. Very knowledgeable with their dept. Check out was fast and easy.

Poor customer service, Garden Center does not open exterior doors at 8. This is not the first time for this to happen.

We moved to Punta Gorda the year this Home Depot was new. We needed many items for our home that year as Hurricane "Charlie" had just passed by. We were so happy to have this Home Depot handy and visited there many times that year and still do. We could always find whatever we were looking for at our Home Depot.
