Lorenzo Morejon was such a very nice and friendly person who was so helpful and helping us purchase the right appliances for our home he took the time and explained and helped us through this process and made it a very pleasant one.

Lady who waited bon us, was very helpful and I saw her asking other customers if they needed help. She was very kind and supportive

A very good store mostly because of the number of knowledgable, helpful and happy staff. There are three stores within driving distance. This one is hands down the best.

Service was atrocious at the Customer Service Desk!

I am not good with tools, or repairs, plus i have serious mobility issues, bad back, knees, and ankle in big boot. So I struggle at times, but from the door was offered assistance, and guidance for getting what I needed. Several staff offered assistance and actually took me to the specific area i was looking for, They were exceptional, professional, courteous, helpful. GREAT STORE, Had everything i needed. JIMBO

Store employees were very helpful and believe it or not cheerful they like their jobs you can just tell by the way they acted. A special shout-out to cashier Bonnie for having patience with my use of store credit cards. Been going there since the day it opened and it hasn't disappointed me yet

The employees are very helpful and will direct you to the areas to find the item you are looking for or if you want to be taken right to the items you need they will do that too. It is a challenge to keep this store floors clean because of all the rain we get in the Pacific Northwest but the employees try very hard to keep the water off the floor in the isles. My only suggestion would be to keep lawn moss kill, like " Rid Moss " in stock all the times. This is Western Washington where moss is king.

At this time, this Home Depot has an assistant manager that needs to be given an opportunity to work at a different Home Depot and or reconsider a new occupation outside of customer service. Having additional training in customer relations would help tremendously. I have enjoyed everything else with this store to include all the other employees that have helped me over the past 21 years. Always with a smile! It is unfortunate that a former veteran has issues like this and believes alcohol and psychics can help his customers. I disagree.

This store actually hires people with experience. It makes a huge difference and in the end service always wins!

Two ladies in the blinds Department, Martha and Trisha did an excellent job in guiding me through the process of purchasing of blinds. They were very patient with me and double checked all of my numbers and verifying the style, color and options that I wanted with our purchase. Be very proud of these two employees.

Associates are engaged and nice when they are not busy.

I often shop at this store because it is convenient for me. It's easy to stay loyal because the staff is always courteous and they have what I'm shopping for consistently with good pricing.

Best Black Friday experience. Prepared and helpful in all ways. Went our of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and helped with loading in the parking lot. That part alone was worth the trip.

Couldn't get any employees, in 3 different departments, to even acknowledge me, let alone stop their PERSONAL conversations to try to help a paying customer. I even stood, waiting for 10 minutes for some kind of service from one employee. He wasn't helping the man he was talking to, he was bullshitting. Another employee walked right by me in another part of the store, without so much as a glance, even though I tried to get his attention. 2 others looked right at me, kept talking to each other. Cashier was fabulous!! Even offered to get the manager. Too bad it was too little, too late.

Some of the best customer service represented in this region in comparison to surrounding merchandise establishments. Refreshing to see customer service at its best in an era of seeing customer service decline. Will shop here always for my home needs, even if I don't need anything. The store personnel will make your day "just because." Oh, and if you need something, and they don't have it, They'll hunt it down for you with a smile.

Every time I visit this store I get excellent service, expert advise and incredibly friendly service. No one is ever too busy to help. They are honest that if they don't know an answer to my question, they will find someone who does. Great people!

Every time I shop at this Home Depot the employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I only go to Home Depot for my supplies for our home.

No help in the isles or at you car to load it

Store was nice. Employee were kind and helpful. However is you intend to continue to complete with the internet stores, you need to have CHECKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I wanted to use a computer I would have ordered online. And I may do that next time if I have to check myself out.
