Great customer service!
I give this a 3 star because the employees walking around and assisting customers are absolutely phenomenal and very nice. BUT the cashier named JUDY is very disrespectful, she ruined the exceptional customer service from this Home Depot. My mother and I (Asians) had no prior interaction with her and followed the social distancing procedure where we stood behind the red box near the register, and a customer was in front of us already done paying her items so my mother who is HANDICAPPED decided to set down TWO items on the counter but APPARENTLY TO JUDY that’s SUCH a big deal and made a SHOO gestured to my mother, raised her voice at her, gave us both the DIRTIEST STANKIEST face, showed us attitude the entire payment process, BUT continues to smile to every WHITE CUSTOMER. Absolutely revolting.

Christopher or that was his name on his badge was incredibly bias. He judges you based off what he thinks and goes from there. I felt violated and completely disrespected. After I clearly told him that I paid with my debit card and I would like it to be returned to it. I had to get a whole 5 minute round and why he wanted to gift card me. I told him again and the return was only 25.00 and he could find my reciept with my number and he still refused. Finally after words and some unwanted patience on my end and believe me I was done. He put it on my card. What a hassle he made, all because he had his feelings about what and who he thought I was!!
So helpful. The employees have always made my needs feel important. Somehow they always know what I'm talking about, even when I can't find the words to form my own thoughts. Lol
I do not recommend this store if you have a return. We came in to return over $400 of unused pavers accompanied with a receipt and the return clerk Ashley, a short blonde haired girl tried giving us $114 in store credit. We tried explaining to her that we have over $400 of returns and no way is that correct. She then proceeded to talk down to us like we were idiots, before we had to ask for her manager. Franco came and restarted the return correctly and got us our $410 return back. Thanks Franco. But if we based our decision solely on our interaction with Ashley we would never step foot in that door again.
