As I've done so often in the past, I ordered a few items online at Home Depot for pickup in the store. This option is great when I know the specific items I want so that I can stop by while running errands and pick them up at the store without much delay. In the past there was a separate desk for picking up items purchased online, and that process was smooth, quick and efficient. Now, one has to engage help at the customer service desk to pick up items, and that process can be much longer if it is a busy day, as the weekends usually are. I would really like to see a return to the old method. This process otherwise is very valuable to me. The staff are always cheerful and helpful, and there has never been a mistake or omission in my order, and it always been ready when they said it was, no surprises when I arrive to pick up my order. I fully recommend usage of this process when appropriate.

I was looking for organic vegetables and herbs of which they had a nice selection. Also needed something to deter squirrels from eating my produce and while they didn't have something especially for that, they did have some great ideas.

Assistance hard to find , store was clean, checkout could be better. Cashier not paying attention

The associate in the paint department talks to much about things that have nothing to do with his job. To much personal. When he fellow assicates need help he is shooting the breeze. (Tom)

I just like the fact that I can look for what I need and if I need help I can ask any associate a question. If they can't help they find the person that can help.

The Home Depot in Rancho is a great store. Staff always friendly and willing to help. Will go there always before going to Lowes.

The store was clean and in no way shape or form did I ever think the store was dirty or disorganized, which I admit is not always the case when I visit other locations.

I want to give a special thanks to Edgardo, Richard L, Omar, and Will who helped me load up my cargo. They even prevented me from doing something reckless that would have caused serious injury to myself. They helped me load 280 6x8x16 blocks, 18 bags of 94lb motar mix, and 200 clay bricks...ALL BY HAND (I had to make two trips). They did everything I asked and more, all with a smile. They never complained, they just worked diligently. Without their help I would not have been able to accomplish the task at hand. I was so impressed with their work and customer service I offered to give them a tip, however they kindly refused. They all shook my hand once the job was done and waved goodbye. These fine young men are the epitome of excellent customer service. They worked as a team and all four of them showed great leadership skills. I was fortunate that I ran into these four gentlemen who went up and beyond the call. You can say these men bleed Home Depot Orange. Thank you again.

This was my first time experience ever and the associates were very friendly and helped me as much as they can as possible. I did not know where everything was, but when I asked for help, they were able to insist me with anything I had concerns or problems with. When checking out, the self check out was pretty packed as usual, but the cashiers were very available and so I went straight to them. I do not recall his name, but I think it was Richard and he was super friendly and kept a conversation going with me. He was very new because when I asked him how long he worked, he said, "he only worked for the company for a short amount of time", but he tried which was good for me. But thank you guys for making my experience excellent, highly recommend to others to come!

Only Home Depot carries all your one stop shopping needs. Everything is easy to find and associates are eager to help. Prices can't be beat.

Do not buy Arrow Sheds, poor quality assurance and quality control...Missing pieces, missing door jams, wrong size pieces....Horrible project....

I've been shopping at home depot for many years so I almost know my way around. I do get help from associates often but there is a wait because they are very busy. I am very happy with the paint department because Jerry is very helpful and knows a lot about paint and I never got wrong information from him. All the associates that I received help from where also knowledgeable about the products and how to use them. I'm always doing projects at home and home depot associates have always been there for me.

The store employees, or associates as they are often called were very welcoming, courteous and professional. They were the caliber of employee I'm certain Home Depot or any other business had a hundred of!
