I had to return an item and the cashier was rude and not very helpful. As usual, the screw I needed was sold out and unavailable.

Everything I needed was in stock.

I would recommend this store because of all the great product they have but not for the customer service... If you need help finding something, good luck cause no one seems willing to help.

I have been a customer of the Rancho Cucamonga Home Depot for almost twenty years. I have always had an enjoyable shopping experience each time I visit the store to purchase products. The store is well organized and the aisles are clean. I am well pleased with the quality of products and level of service I received from the store associates over the years..The store associates are friendly and helpful. Over the years, I have shopped within all of the departments in the store. I recommend this store to anyone who desires home products or repair for their home.

Difficulty taking cash? First for Home Depot in my book.. been supporting HD for 22 years and this is the FIRST time I have had any issues... probably not coming back to this store..

I went to buy a Christmas tree for our corporate office and there were no Noble Firs left in the size I needed. Daniel Trejo suggested many other trees and spent time and care making sure that I received outstanding customer service, even though he was quite busy with a tree delivery and other customers. In this day and age where customer service is seriously lacking, I received outstanding service and hope that he will receive praise from his supervisors.

Yes and if you want help that’s wonderful ask for Cherie in flooring she can help with anything and will make sure you get everything you need even if you get there 5 minutes before closing time!! So she is the main reason why I’m giving the store a 5, so Home Depot you can thank her for getting a 5 because talked to some of the employees on the phone before getting Cherie and couldn’t give a 5 on them!

Using professional cleaning tools to do housekeeping at home, safes time as the tools are bigger. I like home depot as i can find products easily, ask the questions to the staff and do self check out, so i can pack my tools in the order that i like.

WHERE ARE THE TRASH CANS?! Horrible fact that when I try to grab the nearest cart to shop with .. it’s filled with trash because there are NOOOOO trash cans at this place. Unsanitary and dirty!

Great people and self check out makes it easy. I love the HD app. you can check to see if the item is in store and what aisle its on. Perfect for quick in and out.

The store was well maintained and stocked with product. Employees Andrew and Alyssa made my shopping experience more enjoyable by making suggestions about products that would meet my needs. They were friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable and delivered excellent service. Employees throughout the store greeted me with a smile and ensured that my shopping needs were met. Terrible store. regional manager resides at this store and its abhorrent. if your not a "regular" here do not expect any assistance in any capacity of them caring about assisting you. they would rather stand about in idle chit chat. stock is hit or miss but shelves will appear to be full. a very deceptive tactic. this store is only worsened by san bernardino store. never ever is there a place to park if you have a trailer due to the lot attendants not approching drivers with out trailers and asking them to park elsewhere from Baldwin Park store to san bernardino its the same issue. Home depot Inc should address this problem
