I like going in a store and can a find worker to help me when I need one, and I like to get check out and leave and that's what happen to me, went in got what I need and left in a few minutes. Thank for the good services at THE HOME DEPOT in Rancho Cucamonga area.

The selection of plants in the garden dept., is nice,, so many too choose from,, Thank you.

We live near the Eastvale store on Limonite but we travel to this branch because of he wonderful customer service and the neatness and organization of their store. At the Eastvale (92880) store there is a manager in appliances named Greg who treated me terrible and spoke to me like I was a piece of scum on his shoe. He was very nasty and rude and I refuse to do business with that store due to Greg. I would like to have this issue addressed.I do OT feel he is fit to be n a supervisory position with his temper and disregard towards others.

Overall the store was neat, employees were helpful. My cashier Melissa was very friendly and was able to answer my last minute questions I had.

Rancho Cucamonga has the best customer service, Ron in hardware especially is very friendly and knowledgeable, Awesome shopping experience

My experience at this Home Depot is always positive. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is organized and clean. The only "negative" that I have on my last visit is that the item that I was looking for (pedestal sink) was not in stock.

It has more product in stock then other Home Depots, seems to be a lot more bigger than other locations if I'm not mistaken and if I am they did a very good job on spacing out their tools.

Whenever I go into this store they always help me. Go early in the morning so no one is like good grief do I really need to help this person. Always go above and beyond the call of duty. It's s big store and I really don't want to walk all over the place trying to find what I need. I go right to Customer Service Desk and the employees there always walk me to where I need to go. With so many selection of products, they help me make the decision on which one is better. For better a home improvement store, always neat and clean. Shelves are organized. This is the only home improvement store I use.

Clean store. Fully stocked. Everything is easy to find. Cashiers are friendly. Really recommend going with Freddy he's fast and friendly. Kid knows a lot and is still learning. Glad to see there's genuinely nice people out there. Definitely coming back! -Andrew medina

The paint and tool department is the best they always have everything you need and people who have painted and used power tools to help you. Check out is usually an ease at this store.

I love Home Depot. Employees are always helpful and what I need is always in stock.

With more employees like Irene, the shopping experience is FANTASTIC! We found exactly what we came in for and Irene went above and beyond what we were expecting. The store was neat, orderly and clean and we found everything we needed. It would help if people in cars parked in the parking lot and not in the area for trucks. It is hard having to maneuver around small cars and parking is bad enough with all of the construction materials and rental vehicles.

I would like to share the customer service that I received from an employee Cynthia R., at the return desk, the service she provided to process my return also showing me where to find the item I needed to purchase. Her personality and smile made day easier, also I will be shopping at this location more , because of the service that I received from an awesome employee that enjoys her job. I don't mean to sound racial, but she is afro American, and such a beautiful person,,, she deserves 10 stars on my behalf. I will shop at this location as long as Cynthia is there or more of her with her character are there.. Rancho rocks with her ,,, Cynthia ,, Thank you.

Associates are friendly and helpful. I was satisfied with my last visit and was able to save some money.

Tracy was very helpful with information on different dishwashers and my purchase.

This Home Depot is usually well stocked but on this trip, the drill attachment I needed was sold out. Lowes didnt have it either. I'd rather spend my money at Home Depot because of better service and selection.
