Too bad I can't mention a name, but the Associate that helped me out solved my problem and even gave a design suggestion that helped me get the project complete and it works great! He did a great job!

Found an advertised cheaper price online and they honored it withoutany complaint. Liked that.

This home depot ALWAYS has the friendliest workers! We always get the answers we need and have smiles on our faces at the end of the day. It is a very convenient store and has everything we need for the homehome with very reasonable prices.

Clint was amazing! We went in for one replacement fridge and came out with an entire kitchen of new appliances for a fantastic deal and appliances that we adore!! Thank you so much for your help. Clint is an asset to this store very kind and knowledgable. We will shop at this store more because of him.

Employee were polite but, i did have to approach them w questions where product was located. I did pass by 2 employees during my visit that i had to stop and ask questions. They were very nice and helpful with directing me where to go.

We have had two GREAT store experiences in in the last while that has captured my loyalties to make sure we go there first from now on. The product we wanted was out of stock. the store associate got other stores on the phone and found what we wanted at another location and had them hold that for us. He gave us a discount for any inconvenience.

This store is great!!! From the diy guy to the independent contractor all the way back to the beginner, this store had what you need. The service is amazing no matter the time of day and they're always willing to go the extra mile!

The Riverton Home Depot is definitely top notch. Ever since the home depot cc debacle I have been hesitant, but the customer service here at this location is unbeatable. I will be coming back.

What makes me satisfied, renders my shopping fast, productive, stress less are the behavior of the employees. In this case the one working in the cold outdoor garden part, listened, answered my questions and make sure I got a good deals on the few remaining plants. When I got to the cashier, the prices scanned came up as full prices, even though the signs at the garden indicated 1/2 off and the gardener told me they were. So she took the time to hear me and call the garden associate who confirmed that the plants were on sale. There were not a lot of plants left. I appreciate that Home Depot puts them on sale. I wish there were more selections in the fall. This is the best time to plant for the plants health, success. And one of my favorite season to plant. I must me one of the only one because there is never the same quantity and availability than in spring and summer.

Two employees from Electrical went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. One employee actually found and installed the part that I needed in my lamp. Great Customer Service experience.

Paul is really knows his stuff when it comes to appliances. He also is very patient with everyone.

This is the Home Depot nearest to my house; in the past year, we have finished a bedroom, a bathroom, and just recently purchased a new fridge. Every time we go to this Home Depot, we find helpful sales associates that are not afraid to recommend products, and have the experience to back up their recommendation. It is almost like getting inside information, they really know what they're talking about. Sometimes it is even unsolicited advice - but always welcome! Products are great, but we go for the people.

Awesome customer service. There was nothing in the store that would get the job done. Adam from plumbing went to work and fashioned something from an existing item on shelf. It turned into exactly what I needed. I bought it and also bought a bicycle pump because I was feel really great with the assistance provided.

VISIT ONE OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS. THIS STORE IS CLUTTERED, AND HELP IS SPARSE. I WAS LOOKING FOR A SHELF BRACKET (COMMON PART), AND RATHER THAN HELP ME FIND IT, THE ASSOCIATE GAVE ME A PDA AND TOLD ME TO TYPE IN WHAT I WANTED. AISLES ARE CROWDED WITH LADDERS LEFT OUT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE, SO EVERYONE HAS TO TAKE TURNS SQUEEZING PAST THEM ONE AT AT IME.

I was able to walk in, find the aisle I was looking for and see the variety of options. I did have trouble finding one product but right as I was looking for it, an associate walked up and asked me if he could help me. He found the product I was looking for within 1 minute and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this Home Depot to friends and neighbors!

Great experience shopping for home improvement item at your Riverton store. The store was very clean and I had associates offer help loading the large item that I had purchased. The cashier was the highlight of my shopping experience she was very helpful and friendly, something you don't find very often anymore.

NIce, honest, knowledgeable sales associate in appliances that didn't push anything and was straight up with me about everything. Mentioned the extended warranty, but didn't push it. I dropped over $2,000 in the store for a new washer and dryer and didn't feel pressured or anything to buy anything "extra.". Did my research beforehand, walked in and said this is what I wanted and how I want it and got helped out. Just what I expect. So overall, a good experience.

I was approached immediately and asked if I needed help. The associate stayed right with me until my purchase was complete. She was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a positive experience purchasing a new appliance.

The self serve cashier that was there on 09/14/15 at 11:27am was awesome. She was friendly and helpful since the card scanner wasn't working properly she was not bad mouthing the company she worked for because the system was having issues. I have been to other stores and the employees have bad mouthed their own employer! I will for sure return again and go to self scan, normally I go to a check out with a cashier...

The employees at the paint department are very helpful and were very knowledgable. They were able to answer all my questions. The cashier John was great. He was helpful. I had a queation and called over Matt to help with my question. I got all my questions answered. John also helped me try to get the larger item in my car but it wouldn't fit. They were able to hold it for me until I was able to get my truck later that evening.

I highly recommend this store to everyone. The store should be a model store for all Home Depots.

We shop this store weekly. We always find what we need and the people are exceptionally helpful. We love our Riverton Home Depot!
