I just bought a new fridge, so happy to have this dual ice maker with the beverage center Samsung Bespoke fridge, thank you Ronan for the help with everything about this purchase and warranty purchase.

Grumpy, lack any customer service.

No one working appliances at all. Too few workers in the aisles. You keep associates to a minimum to maximize profits. To me you save a nickel but lose a dollar.

They did not have what they said they had but I found what would solve my problem.

Kevin and Grace were fantastic in helping me. I left the store with the product I wanted paid for and scheduled for delivery. Thank you very much!

I recently had knee replacement surgery & for a time had difficulty walking. I took advantage of a handicap hang tag that the Utah DMV provides, but I found that the Riverton store has very few handicapped parking spaces near the entrance or exit. It would be convenient if there were a few that were close.

This place is a joke. There is no customer service anymore and if you ask for help the employees act annoyed and have no knowledge about anything in their department. It is difficult to get around in the store due to all the merchandise in the middle of the isles.

Thank you Mariana customer service attendant at the Riverton store.The most impressive thing is that I, Felipe, have been to this store many times and have never been treated like this employee treated me. Congratulations once again, Mariana. May you be an example for other employees and thus many customers will be happy.

I purchase many items, great sales

Bought a new drill set and Carol and Kym made the purchase easy and quick. Definitely know their stuff, and I recommend the Riverton Home Depot.

Wyatt is the bomb! Michael Jordan in his prime. Friendly, kind, smart, helpful, honest and much more. One of a kind talent.

This is a good store and we do most of our shopping here. If we need help, they will help answer any questions or load a car. They do however pressure you into charging your order or they will give you a LAST CHANCE. Meaning they will reduce your credit limit if you don't. Reason enough to go elsewhere.

I went in the restroom and it smelled like someone died in there. I looked up to see where the exhaust vent was wondering if was one to remove the stench. And what did I see? The air grills were so clogged that they probably don't move enough air to do their job. Another bit of evidence besides your cheap labor your now hiring just to make more profit... Fix the air vents for Christ sakes! And hire people that can accurately help someone and get off their dang phones!

I enjoy shopping here. The employees are always so helpful no matter how long or short of time they spend with me. I also like the wide variety of products.

Were so happy with this location

Sometimes I have to hunt for help, but I always find someone. But it's save me time since it so easy to get there.

Went to this location because the website showed that they had a product in stock that wasn't available in any of the closer locations. Turns out that they only had 1 of the 14 that they claimed. While we were trying to find the 13 nonexistent products, sat and waited for 10-15 minutes for a paged associate that never came. The associates that did help me were helpful and friendly, but I'm tired of dealing with skeleton crews and misrepresented inventory.

I wanted to thank Eric for His great professionalism and give him a thumbs up for how knowledgeable he is. Because of him, I will definitely come back and shop again. Cheers Eric and keep up the excellent work.

I was informed in an email that my dishwasher would be delivered from 10 52 to 11 52 . Then changed alot went to over 1 pm. I took time off work to what over 3 hours. Was told you will recieve a call 30 min ahead of delivery and need someone over the age of q8 to receive. FYI never got a call. Looked at email and said it was delivered 20 min before it got there. Pathetic service that home depot takes credits for???

We bought our new washer and dryer here. They answered all our questions and we got a great black Friday deal

Can't remember the salesperson's name but he was very knowledgeable helpful and professional.

Whatever third party companies they use for delivery/installation must be the lowest bidder. Scratched my floor, late on delivery, and could not complete the install.

I hate home Depot they have cameras that monitor you fine do they need to bro at you every 5 second hey I'm still watching you duh like we're stupid or something

Nothing in stock, and the employees are useless

No help finding items, perform your own checkout now, no cashiers available. Get to stand there watching people stare at their receipt or use phone instead of bagging up and freeing up scan station, then you get a ton of emails requesting a review you do not wish to do.

The Riverton location has the worst parking of the Home Depots in the SLC Valley. The store personnel , in my experience, are either poorly trained or just rude. The other store like this one is the Highland location. Good luck getting help at either location and if you find someone who will help don't expect much in the way of good customer service or friendly service.
