The employees / associates in flooring and doors were very knowledgeable and took time to work with us. Customer Service was very polite and helpful working though any problems. Plenty of help and the Employees are A+ Discount Matching with competitors would be admirable .

HD Associates are extremely helpful & friendly. They seem to know where their products are located & can quickly direct you. HD offered military discount which is telling if large box stores-they appreciate their veterans!Great store for all your DIY projects!

Two days ago the lovely lady with white hair at this Home Depot stuck with me to help me pick out replacement kitchen and utility faucets and the tools to put them in with. This cost $280.30. I was already into the plumber for $255 for removal of faucets (and some guidance) off the $1400 estimate for him to do the whole job. This employee was friendly and knowledgeable and a good listener so we worked well together. Thank you. She is not even a plumber but has installed her own faucets.

Christopher was very helpful with my appliance purchase and even matched Lowe’s price for me. Very pleased with service I received here.

Amazing store with amazing staff. Mark has been there for me since the day i started my project in Roanoke and wet above and beyond to help me out.

Thelma is the name of the cashier in the Lumber area of the store when I visited today. I was picking up a few things during my lunchtime. A big shout out to Thelma who was a delight to talk to while checking out. She was polite and complimentary and I wish HD and other stores would have more Thelmas.

We recently ordered online and picked up at this store. Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly. The order was processed quickly, and I was loaded and ready to go in a short time. We are in the midst of a large remodeling project, and we will definitely use this store again!

Employees were very helpful and got me in and out with no wasted time.

As soon as you walk into the store you are greeted by a sales person,& when you are walking & pass a sales person they say hello how are you ,do you need any help with anything.If you ask them where a item is located they don't just tell you where it is they actually take you to the product & if you ask them a question about the item & they're not really sure they will get a salesperson that works in that department to help you.All the employees are always really nice & helpful.Great customer service.

This is a smaller version of Home Depot that I have visited elsewhere, yet very friendly and helpful staff. Had no problem in finding what I was looking for and no waiting in line at checkout.

The garden center is always well stocked and the prices are clearly marked. The area is always clean.

This store has helpful and friendly employees that are readily available to help you in your shopping. I shop here often & always have a easy quick shopping experience, from online purchase with instore pickup to going to the store and shopping the associates are very helpful and easy to locate throughout the store from lumber, to paint to garden I have never had a bad experience.

My overall experience within the store is how convenient everything has been displayed within view. Whatever products I needed were easy attainable to grab,purchase and go. My time is very important to me to get the project done. If I needed assistance in locating an item I could not find, the staff was readily available to help and asked if I needed more help with anything else. The store was clean, free of anything that would cause safety concerns.

I live bear this store, and continue to shop here for my household products. The service is friendly and helpful.
