I’ve traded with this Home Depot store for 10 years and bought many gifts there.

Always enjoy going to Home Depot they have what another store dont have. At Home Depot I get asked if how I'm doing and if I need help with anything, the other store well... you have to find someone or someone that wants to work to tell them you need help to which I was once informed that the app can help me find what I need when no one's around.

Bought windows this trip.

I was in and out quickly… store was clean.

Made a purchase, did not provide email yet received email asking for review. Will avoid in future.

Having bought a new home and in process of making safe for me, it is wonderful to have employees who helped with information on current products, store location of needed goods, ease of ordering and having large items delivered. Thank you Home Depot.

Prices are out of sight compared to a few short years ago and no end in sight

Sarah , in appliances help me out over the phone on Sunday and she met me Monday. I purchased a LG washing machine from her along with a stand. She's terrific.

Some of the store new employees are not nearly as professional as the older ones. I noticed also they spend too much time on their cell phones and not actually greeting customers walking by !

I went yesterday for a grill. I couldn’t find the one on display just the box. I found Jill and she helped me locate the grill. She was the best customer service I have had in quite sometime! She was amazing!! I thought she went above and beyond with me.

The product that I purchased was supposed to be brand new but was missing a piece. To other shoppers, please just double check your product to make sure before you leave that it has all the parts on. It felt like I had to go through a whole interrogation just to get the piece I needed for the product that I had purchased.

If you are making home improvements or repairs this home depot has an excellent staff, selection and it creates an awesome shopping experience!

I had two keys cut, both had very rough edges and would not work in the lock until I used a wire brush on them. Add a small wire brush to the process and hire people who care.

Evelyn at Contractor check out is awesome. This store is well stocked and the employees are friendly.

The store has done it again.. My order was ready and correct. When I called the store the customer service was able to bring a patio door out to the contractor doors and help load it so I did not have to unload my 3 small children to pick up the door. Great job.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful

We were buying lots of lumber, paneling, and three buggy loads of other materials, and had to load our truck/trailer in the rain. The covered loading area had several trucks parked there for over 90 minutes. Very disappointed. No one should be using it as a parking lot.

It was 20 to 30 minutes before my previously purchased item was loaded. There was another customer there before and was still waiting after was helped. Had two people at pro desk and 1 at the register. But nobody asked if I was waiting for something or qualified to load large items with a lift truck. Result. Poor customer service for laoding large items.

Associates are always helpful and available to assist. Have shopped this store for nearly 25 years and always find what I need for home projects.

HD at this store, seems to have a bigger staff. The past few trips I have been in there people are genuine with the desire to help. Supervisor Jill and her manager even came up with a creative solution to an issue I was having. Great way to win customer loyalty!

First use of this blower. I'd rate it as 5 stars if it didn't drain batteries so quickly. In less than an hour it drained the 4 amp hour twice and my 6 amp hour battery too! Glad I had the extra batteries on hand. But, is very powerful. My corded blower could do about 1/3 as much in the same amount of time.

Purchased a Frigidaire Top Freezer refrigerator and the process was very easy and the assistant was so helpful. I was surprised Home Depot has Saturday delivery and that is so convenient for me! I am looking forward to receiving my new refrigerator on Saturday!

The prices are fine and reasonable. But if you want to see and experience what customer service is supposed to be, visit this store and ask for help. You probably won't even get to ask for help. Before you turn around, someone will ask you if they can help you with anything.

I was like whoa.. how awesome.. Here's this big home depot... it's got all kinds of stuff for my home.. like a giant depot, for home stuff so the name totally makes sense.. Home Depot! Whoever thought of that was a genius. The only way my experience could have been any better what if they had they ShowBiz Pizza live animatronic band. I'm sure that would get everyone's britches and twistin' and we'd all have a jolly hoe down. Is that a good enough review? Anyway, I'm gonna go eat some pizza.

I purchased a workbench that off display. The associate, "Two Liter" stopped what he was doing and completed the sale, arranging delivery to my home. He pulled my info up on his computer and took care to give me a veteran's discount. Every aspect of my purchase including the delivery was flawless. This level of service is rare these days! Thanks HD Team!

We have purchased a lot of items from this store. We had issues with furniture not being delivered, and a damaged pantry that was delivered. When you call they do not answer, transfer you, don’t call back or put you on hold forever. It can be frustrating. Conner at the customer service desk was amazing and very helpful. I appreciate him but their customer service over the phone is horrible. I went down to talk face to face and Conner helped me but again, I called to check in an order and I have been on hold for 20 minutes. It is ridiculous.
