This store is always clean and neat and the people are always friendly and willing to help without attitude. Love the store just wish they had one on the south end of town. It is easy to find what you looking for and the selections are large, the the greenhouse area and houseplants

I am visiting from Washington, DC, in a wheelchair and lost a screw on my front wheel. As we entered the store, we were greeted and asked what we needed. We went to the "nuts and bolts and screws" aisle and Rich was there in about a minute. He found the right size screw and installed it on my chair! A big relief since the medical supply stores were closed! Thanks again Home Depot and especially Rich!

The gal in the plant section is so knowledge able she took the time to teach as well as help us find all that we needed. She saved my lemon tree from dying, I am sure. She is a treasure.

I wish I had the name of the cashier that helped me. It was Sunday July 2 early morning, she was working the self checkout. Just fabulous service. Helpful, friendly. Total A+ to her service. People like that is what will continue to bring me back.

I always enjoy visiting Home Depot for the products I use to update my home or dream about the next project. I always wish I could bring home more. Some of the employees could be a little more helpful or appear willing to help, please just ask me if I'm finding everything.

I have been shopping at this HD store for many years. It is my first go-to location for all my home improvement project needs. The staff has consistently been knowledgeable of my questions and needs, very professional. Their pricing is very competitive. Shopping online and having items delivered to the store is a breeze! Their returns policy is the best I've experienced - for purchases I make with my HD card, I can return items to the store and they can be looked up an my account credited - even if I no longer have the original receipt! Customer satisfaction is their primary goal, and it shows in every aspect of their store operation.

The staff is really knowledgeable, and if the person you talk to doesn't know, they will go find someone else for you. We bought a little bit of a fixer upper and they have been our go to place. We have spent about $10,000 remodeling our kitchen, and Home Depot has been our go-to store for the whole project.

The store was clean and the one employee I asked for assistance was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Employees are very knowledgeable about their department and products offered in EVERY department. When they ask if you need help, they genuinely know what they are talking about and can help you! Sometimes I don't even know what I need to complete a project but always leave with everything I need and the knowledge of how to use everything I purchased if necessary. This location seems to have great employee retention so it is always great to see familiar faces throughout the store.

We always need building supplies and they almost always have what we need. We use the no interest, limited time coupons on our Home Depot credit card which helps us afford our home improvements. Home Depot is the only Home Improvement store we purchase from.

Do people ever win these sweepstakes. Doesnt seem like it, especially if you dont click extremely satisfied on EVERYTHING on your survey.

I had the need to attempt a "work around" that included bath, plumbing, and hardware. With the help of three excellent employees, we were able to get it done. Plus one of the employees cut a threaded rod so it was even better. It reminded me of the neighborhood hardware stores of years ago. THE BEST OF HELP. The customer service at checkout was also outstanding. A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

I went to buy Christmas presents. They had everything I saw online. The sales person was friendly and efficient and saved me money!

I'm a frequent shopper at Home Depot in Rochester MN. I LOVE that they let me bring my dog in the store. She is training to be a Therapy Dog and this is an awesome exposure for her. AND I think your employees like it too!!! Ever seen anyone NOT smile when they see a dog? :-)
