Shop this all the time and always find what I need.

Employees with bad attitudes and no respect. Personal conversations about baseball and football are more important then doing the job they were hired to do.

The Employees are very nice at this store if you need help and can't find any body go to the service and they help you out.

Very friendly place to shop staff are very friendly and helpful this is where I go for my home improvement needs

I highly recommend John McCarthy in Kitchen & bath design. He was a refreshing change to the typical designers that wish to convince you of what you "need" and try to pigeon whole you into making compromises that aren't necessary. John was creative, has vast experience in this area, and is and was a wealth of information during this process of selecting, designing and making decisions regarding picking out our new kitchen cabinets for our home. In addition, John is cheerful, accommodating and provided us with lots of key information, educating us into what is important and quality construction. He constantly gave us lots of ideas to help us figure out what we wanted and needed to create our ideal kitchen. I would wholeheartedly recommend John to any customer wanting to design their kitchen. Home Depot is very fortunate to have John McCarthy at the Rochester, NH store. And I know we are lucky too to have John as our sales representative and professional kitchen designer!

In spite of a bunch of friendly, helpful employees, this location suffers from the problems facing the Home Depots in northern New England: lack of stock, and lack of cashiers. Save yourself some time. Check their excellent website in-stock inventory first. That way you can just go someplace else directly without first trudging around being disappointed. Note to Home Depot: charging a surcharge in the form of waiting time for the use of a human cashier will not push me into working for you for free by checking myself out. It will just make me check other suppliers first. Also- the nickname rules are wierd. No punctuation or spaces?

I like the layout of the Rochester better than some of the other Home Depot I have been in .

This is a great store to shop at most of the personal are excellent there are some who won't even acknowledge that your even there.

I have shopping at this store for several years now and will continue to shop at this store much better prices then your competitor and with there five percent discount.

Craig Snelson was great. Really set this visit apart from other visits to stores.

I appreciate that I'm able to research my needs at the online store and determine if the store has my project needs. I can usually calculate what I need and be on my way quickly. Any questions I have, store staff are ready to answer or find someone who does. The check out staff are very friendly and willing to offer assistance in any way.

Checked for item online. Many listed. When I got to the store, few were actually available, ALL of which were MUCH HIGHER PRICED. Website was very misleading and the store experience was disappointing.

I have always had a good experience shopping at the Home Depot #3489 Rochester in any area of the store. We have done a lot of home improvement projects since they came in to town. Very pleased with whatever we've purchased. Grossman's in Dover was our alternative before then and not always able to get what you needed. Glad we have you!

I have always had the best shopping experience at this particular Home Depot Store because every employee there has always been eager to assist me from the very moment I enter. They are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable regardless of my needs. I have been in other Home Depot stores in other areas including in Massachusetts that were not quite as helpful with their service. We shop more at Home Depot than our local grocery store. Couldn't live without them.

Customer service was able to resolve an issue created at another location with an appliance purchase and then helped with a special order purchase plus delivery. Both the associate and manager were extremely helpful.

Store was neat and tidy. The employees were friendly and willing to help. Great shopping experience!

THE STORE IS FINE , EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL , THERES A FEW EMPLOYEES THAT I THOUGHT WERE A LITTLE ON THE GRUMPY SIDE , BUT NOTHING THAT WOULD PREVENT ME FROM GOING.

It’s my favorite place for a reason when it comes to home improvement. I’ve never met a sour face or a poor disposition. Everyone is courteous and helpful.

Went in for an air purifier that I saw online. When I arrived my 4 year old and I started roaming the store. We were lucky enough to run into Mark who walked me to the section, picked up the selection, walked me to the front of the store, allowed express checkout and retrieved me a cart to get it to my car. Top notch customer service that made my day! Thank you Mark for going above and beyond to help me today, it made my entire day!!!

The store service was great. The delivery of my washer , dryer and installation was terrible. the delivery people could barley speak english.they were suppose to install the washer and drier. they said they couldn't install because they didn't fit. they left the appliances in the house and left! I rent house and this was the 2nd delivery try .the 1st time they said they called to change delivery date, that never happened ,however I did receive a call confirming the 1st delivery between 1:00 and5:00 that I was told.Not a change in delivery date. When I finally got delivery the said they could install because they would no fit and left appliances.I called one of my customer's the does this kind of work and he had the appliances installed in approx 1 hour.I told him what had happened and i was told that he has done other installs form homedepot for the same reason. He installed without a problem? I need to replace another set ,but I won't be using home depot because of this problem. I would not recommend for appliance delivery.
