The Home Depot in Rohnert Park is a study in contrasts. Depending on which department your are in - AND - depending on the day, the store is well stocked and well staffed or not. There is no middle ground. The exception is the garden department - not the plants, but the bowls, tubing, rocks, etc., in the rear of the section. It is ALWAYS a mess. Most of the time you can find someone to help you. The store employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help all they can. It's just that sometimes it is very hard to find one. The saying in Rohnert Park is "The employees in Home Depot are like bananas, they are always in bunches."

Worst customer service! Four employees walked right by me and ignored my attempt to ask where an item could be found.

I found the items I required and had several to choose from. No assistance was needed to find what I was looking for. Store isles were clear and clean, cashiers were efficient and friendly, a good shopping experience

Always find what I need at this Home Depot. Everyone is very helpful and check out is quick!

Everytime I go to Home Depot I always find what I'm looking for.

For this whole year, since we bought our house in R.P., we have been "regulars" at the Rohnert Park Home Depot. We found knowledgeable help in EVERY department from Kitchen Design to Paint to Garden! If an employee doesn't know the answer to a question they know the person who does and make sure we find them. Good store, good employees!

Good large store with plenty of inventory and easy to get to and from. Employees were friendly and in several cases took us to where the product was displayed instead of just saying aisle seven! Found what we needed and then some. Better experience than similar Home Depot stores in our area.

we made a mistake in ordering the door and slid glass door our workers were on site ready to install and we would have lost an entire week because of this error. Home Depot staff understood and were concerned and just solved the problem found the right doors and had it delivered and as i am typing this review the doors are being installed this moment. great , efficient work Gary, Matt, Omar, Don and the rest

Today was the best day I have ever had in Home Depot Rohnert Park! Staff is more helpful than ever before. I usually avoid Home Depot, but they seemed to have made some nice changes and their staff looked so much happier and they were much more hard working... Not just with us either! Definitely worth giving them a second chance if you have not been there for a while!

Associate availability to ask questions is always an issue but the same is true at most large home services stores. This store consistently needs 2 people in paint and often has just one.

Culture starts at the top and this store has GREAT culture, so whatever you do, take good care to retain this guy! LOVE the people, their knowledge, and the product availability. And, if something isn't in stock, the staff are always making sure to help we with ordering. Excellent place to buy all my home improvement needs! :)

Gloria was extremely helpful and expert at designing our kitchen and bathrooms. She went above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy to be working with her.

Found exactly what we wanted in the gardening and outdoors areas.

Cluttered isles, filthy and unstocked men's restroom, equipment in the isles and in the garden section. Very hazardous and blocks access to material. This store has been in disarray for months.

The store was very clean and free from litter and items in the isles. I would return as I have in the past. The shelves were well stocked and had an excellent variety of items. I used the restroom and found it clean and well stocked. I will return for all of my hardware items. Good job !

You can find help when you need it. The cashiers in lumber are the best. Supper nice and mostly have a smile. Thank you one and all.

The Rohnert park store is clean and consistently stocked well. Besides one visit where I had to wait 2o min for them to cut a piece of wood that I could of hand sawed in a minute every visit people are friendly and helpful, but to be fair to them I got a discount for my wait.

Employees are always attentive in offering assistance and do it with a real sense of joy. Their interactions with each other demonstrate a working environment they obviously enjoy and make shopping there a very pleasurable experience. Displays are well maintained. Garden section is cared for well with plants in great shape. Though I didn't need it, they offer trained employees that help load and secure purchases that require it. I'm sure I will take advantage of this in the future.

This Home Depot is very clean and all the store associates are very friendly and helpful.

Happy with the help I received, & great price for the item I purchased. Item was hard to locate.
