I was very happy with the assistants the associates provided.

It was easy finding wat I needed and the walkways were very clean and clearer

The check out lines were extra long today. All the DIY ERS were there. Plenty of floor assoc to ask ques.

I love this store. I live close by and was looking for something other than Home Depot. After a couple of visits, some of the staff remember me and my projects. I kept looking for the same people that were extremely helpful. I have been here enough times to practically rebuild my house.

Everything was easy to get.And everyone was so kind :)

Overall very satisfied with the Home Depot Store in my area. Very clean and well organized. The associates are friendly and provide excellent customer service. However, the wait time to obtain an associate's assistance is area Home Depot can continue to improve in. Keep up the good work!

the store was clean and nice as always . look people go places to getaway ,i go to home depot to getaway i love it there i can walk around all day and the one in fontana on santa ana is the one that i love and know every one there but u need to stop hiring little kids to work there they dont know what the who they are talking about just my opinion but i still love my home depot

I came in for a specific item that I purchased before at Home Depot and got it. But there was something else I would be needing in the near future and I needed help from an associate. It was hard finding an available associate. We were looking for firewood bundles and were not sure where they would be stocked in the store. We found out that they are seasonal items, however, we found firewood bundles at another Home Depot (Anaheim Hills) and also at Home Depot's competitor...Lowes (Chino Hills). Bonfires at the beach and camp fires in the woods are not a seasonal recreation.

We enjoy visiting Home Depot. Store is always well organized and clean. We love that this store has brought in more optioned on washers and dryers happy, freezers. We also, love the nursery.

The stores isles were cluttered and make it difficult to maneuver. Outside of that the associates are nice.

I was able to get assistance that was timely and accurate. The young man that came to my aid was polite and willing to find what I was looking for even though I did not have the name of it and could only describe it. I was in and out. Went thru the garden part and they were ready with answers for drought resistant plants. Good experience.

store was clean I found what I needed right away, didn't need any help

Very confident that u can go into store by yourself an receive help load when all is done thank Joel. Make my experience fast an easy in an out they'll have you.
