TODAY I HAD A EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH TEXAS JUAN HELPING ME FIND NECESSARY ITEMS TO FINISH UP MY BATHROOM REMODELING. HE WENT ABOVE ND BEYOND WHAT i AM USE TO IN HOME DEPOT FONTANA.

You ask for help, the employees don’t know anything. I actually had the home depot website up with product and they said I don’t know where it is!!!! Pull up the freaking sku and look it up!! Won’t ever shop here again

Friendly and close to home

Customers that are return items!!! I have encouraged customers not to throw your receipts away because Home Depot will not give you a full refund!!! They will keep half of what you guys paid for the item!!! I got ripped off!!!

Great staff! Very kind at the customer service desk and cashiers. Roosevelt went out of his way and pulled an item for us that was very hard to find at other locations. Amber was also a very nice and funny cashier that helped us check out. We would really recommend this location and the employees that work there.

Store is a mess, unkept. Huge employee turnover, employees have no experience or expertise in departments. You have a Ruth who try’s to Look through your things while you are paying to see if you are stealing, what an insult.

The store is convenient to where I live. The Store is well stock and whenever I go to this store they always have just what I am looking for. The employees seems to be happy to be work at this store.

I asked a boy by the name of Henry in the flooring department at the time if he could possibly call someone over to cut verticals blinds for me, he said he would be right over so I walked back to the blind aisle. I waited 29 minutes to get my blinds cut, during this time I went to the service desk area to ask for help and they didn’t bother to talk to me, looked at me, looked away and ignored me since they were checking out an employee who was buying a case of spray paint. I walked around to look for an associate to help me however I only seen more employees sitting around talking in groups. At 7:09pm When Henry finally came to cut my blinds, he snatches the blinds out of my cart and he brOught 2 other associates with him to stand around next to him and talk about going out after work. One of the employees name, jesus, was talking to Henry about “going painting since he just got 6 cans” This was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. This is embarrassing to company on so many levels. When checking out I was not greeted by the self check out employee just standing there, overall a shameful experience. I would like a call from a store manager to explain my concerns.

I would just like to say that I am delighted on the costumer service I had today. A cashier by the name of Camila, went beyond what was required of her while she helped me in processing my transaction. The Home Depot is lucky to have employees such as Camila that are willing to go the extra mile in helping customers. Next time I will make sure to complement Camila, she seems like an individual that holds an incredible integrity and by her lovely attitude will get far in life. Thank you Home Depot for hiring and valuing your employees such as the wonderful Camila.

The store is always clean and organized. All the employees are nice and helpful, they know where everything is and knowledgably answer questions. My concern is sometimes it is very crowded in the parking lot, so I just try again later.

This store has always been super helpful, no matter what my project. As an older female, I appreciate the courtesy and patience to my many questions.

Bad stores from the day they opened

The staff always goes out of their way to make sure I recieve the help I need and will explain how to properly use their products.

Great store to shop in Fontana. The friendliest workers ever. Very helpful management welling to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Frances Gotoh was extremely nice, patient and informative. Made sure we were comfortable about our purchase of an appliance. As far as the Garden Center goes.... I would love to see a wider variety of in- store potting mixes; without time release nutes. Preferably Pro Mix and Fabric grow pots/bags, with handles.
