Sue deserves huge recognition and a nice bonus!! She is absolutely the main reason my experiences are overwhelmingly positive over the last 10 years ive been frequenting the store. Ive spent over 60,000 dollars in that store alone. She is the glue that keeps that pro desk running flawlessly as possible !! She needs special recognition and a huge bonus. She deserves it!!!

Would not recommend this store if you need assistance for anything. Even store manager refuses to take calls.

web site failed to show where to find items . difficult to impossible to get advertised veterans discount, just not worth the trouble. no wonder home depot is in financial trouble. just a few changes and they too could be great again.

Plenty of help when trying to find what you are looking for

Most of the team members appear to be genuinely intersted in providing exceptional customer satisfaction, while others attitudes are not very welcoming.

Never help on the floor. No cashiers. Unless I get a discount or paycheck, not checking myself out.

Nobody to help you when you come in you got to walk around and find stuff

The way Home Depot runs there stores is good for the customer.

Store only stocks the largest medicine cabinets. Fortunate an employee looked and found the one I liked comes in a smaller size, but it could only be ordered by me online! They need to stock the sizes people prefer.

For the most part Store 2551 has many friendly and helpful employees, that go out of their way to help you. In some areas of the store it is difficult to find someone to help. Example Hardware when buying rope, cable, etc. I have tried several times to 25’ of rope, I finally give up and check out

Ur policy is horrible. I bought a torque wrench online, not the right one and you don’t have the one I want in stock. You gave me a store credit?? I live an hour from ur closest store, you should have given me a gift card like I paid with, not happy!!

Before I purchased an item, I asked the employee if it would fit in my SUV, and she said it would. The item didn't fit. Unfortunately, she didn't tell me until after I had purchased it that HD would not hold it for me, not even for an hour or two, until I could try to find someone with a truck to pick it up. Annoying!

I couldn't find nobody to help me atleast 4 times I've been at Salisbury store need better training or hire some people to be excited to be working there

Mary N. greeted me as soon as I entered the building, which I found amazing. She inquired about the purpose of my visit then guided me to the appropriate location. After obtaining what I needed, she escorted me to the register, engaged in pleasant small talk processed my transaction, and thanked me for shopping with her at the Home Depot. The fact that I was in a rush, and she assisted me efficiently, was commendable. Thank you very much, Mary. I look forward shopping at your store again.

I was looking for a specific product and having trouble finding it. When I asked an associate working in the aisle where I normally find what I'm looking for, she gave me the information of where I could find it as per her handheld device. Not having any success, I went to the customer service desk, and an associate promptly came to my rescue and together we found what I was looking for.

I had an issue with a curbside pickup order. I cancelled the order. Approximately 3 hours later I was notified that the order was ready. I attempted to call the store to make sure the order was cancelled. No one would answer the phone so I had to drive 30 minutes to the store. Horrible customer service

Employee asking to help us. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Plus a great deal.. have always had very good experiences with Home Depot.

I've even gotten tools and wood supplies, anything for home improvement! It's my go to store!

I ran into John Hochreiner in the kitchen section and cannot tell you how helpful, and knowledgeable he was. John knows every inch of that store and even told Me to use isle “12” because my cart was loaded and that was the “widest” isle.
