We purchased appliances from this store on two separate occasions. Each time, Allie Moore did an outstanding job with assisting us. We have purchased other items on other occasions and employees were always helpful.

The employees are not knowledgeable about products and departments. Thank goodness there are good managers that go above and beyond!!

Cathy in flooring and Rosa at the service desk both went out of their way to make sure my mother saved money, got what she needed, and left satisfied. There was a credit card snafu, but they both worked hard to help get it straight. She saved $132 thanks to their efforts. Both provided excellent customer service, were knowledgeable about their jobs, and were friendly and personable. Thank you for making our long drive to the store worthwhile and helping us get this big flooring project underway!

I've been purchasing furnace filters here for a number of years now. Good product and easy to locate.

Very customer oriented! It does not matter whether I am looking for a particular item or just browsing, staff members are quick to offer assistance and if they are not familiar with the area I am in, they will find someone who is. So glad we have a Home Depot in Salisbury, Maryland!

Home Depot has the best employees as they are well educated in what they do in the store and go above and beyond to help. Hands down beats the local competitor.

Went to buy a new tractor battery today, had no idea what I was doing. Melissa W in outdoor garden asked me questions about my tractor and led me exactly to the right battery and helped me load it and took me to Michelle the cashier who not only rung me up and took care of the whole new battery old battery core charge and return in no time. Both super friendly and knowledgeable employees. Home Depot definitely does it right. Right item and right employees for the job! Whole store is clean and well stocked. Everyone was friendly and inviting start to finish.

We found the exact kitchen sink we were looking for and a gentleman helped us locate the type of faucet that we were looking for.

I just retired and am renovating a small house on the Delmarva peninsula. While I know how to use most tools and have a good mechanical mindset, there are things with which I need guidance or support. In the last 2 months staff at the Salisbury home Depot are getting to know me because I frequent the store so often. They are friendly, helpful and encouraging. Nikki often asks how my projects are going and enthusiastically cheers me on. I feel like I'm part of the Home Depot family and they truly want to see this female succeed on her own. Thank you!

Mariles the cashier helped me figure out where my phone could be after I lost it and my receipt. Mariles also reprinted me another receipt because I lost it at first! The man in paint TeSan and Emily even cut keys for me.

Excellent customer service at this location. Sarah V., one of the cashiers provided excellent customer service and is a wonderful rep for the company.

A DoD card wasn't recognized by the cashier at checkout. I don't believe many civilians know what the various cards are. My card is a little over a year old. It's the new replacement card.

Terrific staff who were friendly and courteous. Everyone wants to help you find what you need. Very clean store.

Went in store to purchase a turkey fryer and the cashier act as if I was bothering her with my purchase let alone of me asking do they accept Apple Pay there. She acted very rude and nonchalant during the whole encounter by rolling her eyes. Which I never had that experience before in the many Home Depot or any other hardware type store I’ve been in. It was an experience that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy how I was treated. The cashier Patricia made me feel like I could never shop at that location ever again if that’s how they treat consumers

Store employees, Mike Jacob, Customer Experience Manager and Drew, Assistant Store Manager, are the reason I shop Home Depot! Today I went in today to buy lawn fertilizer. Instead of just saying their stock had been stored away for the season, they went out of their way to find a lift truck, locate and uncrate the product I wanted, all for a single bag of fertilizer. Thanks guys! I'm glad you were there for me. It's people like you that make me want to shop Home Depot in Salisbury, MD.

From start to finish the employees were exceptional. From making a lumber cart available to cutting my plywood and even ringing out my order.
