Lowes staff seems to think I owe them for the visit. I drive past them to purchase any item and come to our Home Depot. I bought my sink and every major appliance I have at the Home Depot because of the staff. Not pricing, not convenience, but because I love to be treated like a customer. Thank you

The Associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and seem to really care about you what they do.

This store maintains a level of professionalism and service that is of the highest quality. Always able to find what you are looking for, easy to navigate, friendly and knowledgable staff, and wonderful selection. one of the products I wanted, I checked the website first to see if they had it. I was able to locate the two items I needed very quickly. The cashier in the Garden Center was very nice and helpful.

Had a problem with finding a product which I had found online in Alexandria, VA which indicated was available in Salisbury. When I arrived at the store, I couldn't find the product. I was Stressed initially in bringing in a online purchase that was not working properly and at once at the Return Desk I was assisted by a Associate named Alaynna with much kindness and support. She helped me feel assured that home depot would take care of the issue and set my mind at ease. She took her time with me and made me feel like she truly cared. There needs to be more people who treat there Job and people with such Pride .Alaynna did solve my need and provided great resolution . She went one step further and helped me take my purchase out to my vehicle. I am A Disabled Veteran with PTSD and I didn't need to let her know it but it was like she already Did. Thank You Alaynna and Please keep hiring Wonderful people like her Home Depot. I will feel more confident about returning because of her kindness and will share openly about the store experience . I thought there would be a problem for me to order laminate flooring that I had wanted. The Customer Service associates worked out my problem and I was able to get the flooring that I needed. Mary was a life saver. Thank you!

I was able to find an associate in a timely manner and even though he did not work in the department I needed he was happy to take me to the needed department and was happy to help me. This always happens to me in this store, wish it was so in your competitor's store. But this is what makes me return!

Aisles were clear; full of people, but clear of products... I got in, had my merchandise, and loaded up before my youngest could text me, " Are you done yet, Daddy?" I even found the Sevin I put on my Ash trees in a new, convenient hose spray bottle. I don't have to mix it like last year...

I accidentally ordered the wrong color item online. When I arrived for pick-up, the Service Desk made a quick call to the sales floor for me. The associate quickly brought my merchandise to the front, and the exchange took only a couple of minutes and I was on my way with the correct color item. Thanks for taking such good care of your customers!

After several visits to the Salisbury Md Home Depot store I have learned that they have a hidden asset in ,the form of a really nice young woman, that knows her way around the world of building and hardware. It's refreshing to find such a jewel at this store. her name is Susan and if you have any questions or any problems at this store as to see her and you will get your faith restored in what service is really like !!!!!

The store is very clean and the associates are friendly and helpful. I have been in some stores where you felt like you were a bother, not Home Depot. I personally prefer Home Depot over most competitors.

I needed to get a cap for my drain clean out and Ray knew exactly where it was he asked if I needed a regular one or heavy duty one. I didn't know a heavier version was available though I didn't buy it I know it now. He has never steered me in a wrong or confusing direction The Check out was not busy and I sailed right through and Megan had a great smile. What I noticed is all the cashiers were friendly and seemed to look out for each other Very nice ending at one of my favorite stores
