I went to Home Depot early needing to get supplies for a project and there were so many people to help with questions. Even though i was there for hours I had a nice time and got a hotdog after

I love how they water the plants everyday I know my plants will be healthy for me to repot them.

The guy came and unlocked my tools and even gave me the right gloves to use with it

I got wood cut finally after going to a couple broken machines luckily these workers were fast and effective

The place was filled with workers from every race I love how anyone could get help

Line went by super fast

I was screamed and cursed at in front of my family at the Prodesk yesterday. Shocking and frightening. At least the manager was helpful, however

Great deal on appliances and they actually had in stock for quick delivery. Happy with the refrigerator and range combo.

it's the employees that make the difference...this Home Depot is tops

I went into the store because I needed a few keys copied. The machine in the front was down so I asked if there was some place else in the store I can get a copy made. Told to go to the back of hard and I will need an associate to help me. I went to the back and stood where the keys are made. As I was standing there looking at the different styles of keys I would look back to the aisles to see if an associate was nearby. Every associate that walked by at this point acted like I was invisible and couldn’t hear me. Finally this young man name Larry walked out from 2 aisles away and saw and another customer looking around for help and he greeted us and asked if we needed help. While he was helping me I made my complaints about his coworkers and he actually made me laugh and I forgot I was ever irritated. That is the reason I would recommend this store because of Larry and his amazing customer service. So Thank you LARRY.

I usually dread going to the several HD near me. This store is different. Comfortable instead of freezing wind in the entrance. Immediately I was pointed in the right direction and knowledgeable help was quickly available and spent the time to make sure I was getting the correct product, a flush mount ceiling light fixture. A clean and organized store. Helpful and efficient employeed, returns and check out.

I had the worst experience today at the Home Depot on Davis. I’m a regular customer who purchases items for carpentry projects at a non-profit in Oakland. I was treated horribly by the cashier, Sonya. I was instructed by another Home Depot associate that the line for customer service started in a specific area. When I went to that area, Sonya, who was talking on her cell phone, told me to go to the back of the line (rudely, like I was bothering her). Problem is, there were no other customers in line! I asked to speak to a supervisor so I can voice my concerns. The young man (didn’t get him name), pretended to listen to me and didn’t say a word. Not even an apology. Safe to say that I will no longer be shopping at this Home Depot, and from the number of customers in the store and cars in the parking lot, there aren’t that many customers shopping this store anyways!

This is the worst Home Depot I have shopped at and I do not recommend this Home Depot to anyone. Your better off going to San Ramon or Emeryville.

The 5 Star rating is for Mama D she is the best employee at the San Leandro store

A lot of standing around. No one offering to help. What a waste of corporate wages. Just plain lazy employees. It's sad that people have these working morals. And the employee told me there is are no trash cans to throw away my candy wrapper, so I threw it on the floor.

Alejandra gave me great customer service

I bought many items on different days, extended pole (get cobwebs from ceiling & high plants) pots, dirt, also small vestil small flat hand truck.

Don't you dare try to be there a single minute past closing! She'll yell and scream for you to leave while not doing a single thing to help you do so, including blocking the entrance and exit, and tell the cashiers not to let you pay. For being four minutes past closing. FOUR MINUTES!

Associate was helpful

tired of arguing about getting a military discount despite pulling up the QR code on my cell phone. Home Depot made the use of a military discount a nightmare. Please fix this issue its getting old. I am a Pro Member for many years and am not satisfied with having to have arguments with cahiers and explain that Home Depot has this program and advertises the program to the public. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. Thank you.

I like this store because the people are decent and the location and layout are so different from the rest. the only negative is how messy the lot is woohoo.. crazy it's like a dump field.

I would like to commend staff member Judith, I believe she was one of the front line managers at the check out. She was professional, courteous and prompt. Home Depot should hire more people like her. I would hire her to run my company anyway.

i went in to order a playset online for my toddler and i waited about 15minutes for the "online expert" to come and assist me. it was a bit frustrating standing there and there being 2 associates there and i cant get help from either one. the "online expert" came and asked what i needed and rolled her eyes at the original girl that was going to help me but said she couldn't. she ended up helping me after having me wait a few more minutes for her to finish her conversation with another employee. and then i waited a bit more for her to assist another person. all while im standing there just waiting. everything took more than it should becuase of the side conversations and wait for the "online expert". the actual ordering took like 5-8 minutes. i wad there for about 30 minutes min. i could have ordered online but i wanted to use my military ID for extra savings on my big order. next time i'll check out another HD for online orders.

Excellent customer service from all employees

I would like to say the young lady that helped in Customer Services was great. Her name was Zoe, no one else knew what to do but she took care of the prpblem.

Great store in my nearby neighborhood. Respectful and friendly employees.
