It has an abundant selection of hardware and household needs. The hours of operation are both good for early risers and late shoppers. Employees readily help and smile at patrons.

I only come to HD for Military Discount but twice in the past year, the cashier 'forgets' to apply discount. I went back both times and was advised I needed to bring actual product (not just receipt) in order to return and re-purchase. It was a door. It was not worth coming back.

Please give kudos to CAT in Flooring! I was there on August 31, 2019 11:30 a.m. Cat was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient! She really went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it.

Worse customer service ever. Store managers are not aware of actual inventory on hand, will call option is a joke. Please save your time by going to a different location.

This store has a great group of staff. Every person I have came in contact with has been very helpful and came across that they wanted to help. I have found the items I was looking for in stock. I have also done a return of an item that had broke on first use and the store staff were very helpful and the return was as simple as the purchase!

Great customer service

This store has come a long way, the employees are alot more helpful and have good customer service. Everytime I shop there I am lucky enough to get a great employee to help me out, which I love by the way. It makes my shopping experience much more BETTER . They always have my items that I need in stock which is great because usually when I make the trip to Home Depot I am in dire need of the product I go there for, again which is awesome. I can be a bit impatient when I really need something but they always have it or something along the lines of it Thanks for making my shopping easy. Keep up the good work and I will definitely keep coming back to shop.

The employees are running a scam at this store where they put old products in brand new boxes and sell it to customers. Then they wont let you return it. Be careful when you buy anything and make sure it's the brand new item in the box.

Usually I always come in in the afternoons and people are very rude so I try to avoid coming to the store and less I have to even though it is right next to my house. But I came in the morning and everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. I think I will try to come in the mornings from now on because maybe people are in a better mood because it’s the start of their day. I’m thinking that people should be happy all day long and polite but in the afternoon’s nobody wants to help, everyone is on their phone and even the managers are always rude. When you ask people questions nobody seems to know what you’re talking about so I always go to the Home Depot in Oakland even though I live right next to this one. Elsa, whom works as a cashier for this location needs some re-evaluating as she has no skills to be working with people, she brings on a negative and awful attitude.

Three stars because I have been trying to get my custom interior doors ordered for 4 weeks. There have been multiple issues with employee communication and mistakes along the way. The employees in mill works do not seem to be adequately trained. I didn’t give less stars because Alberta from the Pro Desk stepped in to assist me. I’m still trying to get her on the phone, though, to finalize the order. There has to be an easier way.

employees are all extremely polite and very helpful. they not only supply one with what they need but they take their time in helping you out and make sure any questions you have are answered.

The store was organized, clean and easy to locate products. Also, there was no lines! Awesome!

The worst customer service ever. Associates are not friendly nor knowledgeable about the products they sell. Beside a few individuals that take pride in being courteous and customer service driven, the majority of the associates seem to hold their job just to collect a paycheck.
