The art of customer service is thriving and exceeding at The Home Depot in Sandy Springs. Everyone employee that I encounter every time I go to the Sandy Springs location greets me, looks me in the eye, is present in speaking to you, shows effort in assisting customers. If I could give 100 stars I would.

If you know what you want/need this is a good place to go.If you need help or advice this is not your place as the staff is not going to step up unless you seek one out. But for DIY this is a place to get what you need.

I walk in to return something and the 3 persons at the service desk rolled there eyes and then the girl who attended me was rude

Just left Home Depot in Sandy Springs. We need a new refrigerator and I had the GE Profile model already chosen, so it was an an easy sale. However Charlie the appliance specialist made the experience hilarious, educational and he gave us some pre-emptive tips for delivery and install. Best appliance experience in 10 years+

Jonathan approached me, cut my boards, and sent me off happily-ever-after. Thanks to HD for hiring excellent employees.

Today I need to have my eyeglasses adjusted at Costco. I also need 30secClorox for my flagstone patio. I was able to park in one spot, get the glasses adjusted and walk across the parking lot to Home Depot and get the Clorox and some yard bags and a new Ryobi tool. I was back home in 45 minutes.

I came into the store looking for a dishwasher, and salesperson Phil Akers went above and beyond helping me. He was friendly and upbeat, and helped me work through my decision. Then despite construction renovation all around, and a new computer system, he completed the whole transaction, explaining everything to me along the way. Super service!

Worst Home Depot store I have ever been into. Only way to get out was to use self checkout (which I hate) or wait in very long line for the Only human cashier in store.

They have the best deals !

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP IN PUMBING NOR IN GARDENING. WHEN THE MANAGER WAS CALLED HE DID NOT EVEN HELP LOAD THE GARDEN STUFF IN THE CAR.

The services provided at this Home Depot location has always been outstanding. Its team members provide outstanding customer service that creates an outstanding image of how Home Depot attracts customers.

Friendly employee named Chanda was extremely helpful. She definitely help me with a smile on her face.

The service in the repair department is excellent. Employees are very helpful and professional as throughout the store. There is always someone able to help me to find the product I need and associates very knowledgeable and advising me on the best solution.

Store representatives Susie,Riley,Jon are the best employees. They went above and beyond and helped us fit the Nexgrill griller into our trunk.We were not prepared to buy such a huge griller but the lucrative price and their help made it possible.

If I could give this negative stars I would. The flooring quoting, processing and installation process was a nightmare. I was quoted and paid in full for both carpet and hardwood. After the carpet was installed, the installer told me that they would not do the hardwood as quoted. So with half the job done, and more that 12 hours of mine time and 7 visits to the store my project is not complete and I have not been fully refunded. Bye, bye Home Depot.

the cashier charmaine was verry nice

Easy to get in and out of parking, helpful associates in locating items and at checkout (self-checkout). Found the under counter LED lights I needed.

Both Ben and Joe in the tool rental department are very kind and very helpful. both went over and above their job. Joe has the knowledge that comes with maturity and he was a tremendous asset to my situation. I had gone to multiple home-improvement stores with no help until I met Joe today. I will continue go into that particular Home Depot even though I normally go to Sidney Marcus and there’s a Lowe’s a mile from my house Joe made me a believer.The additional distance is well worth it I hope I find the same level of employee satisfaction within the rest of the store in future visits I will make

The guys at the Sandy Springs store are on their game. They were super helpful. Very forward and polite in answering my questions and finding what I needed.
