The staff in the Sheridan store are always helpful and friendly.

Our visit to your store today was flawless! My mom and I went to get a few odds and ends, including a vacuum we saw on sale. In and Out! Sale price was right on, no misunderstandings about product placement or expired sale prices. Definitely shopping there again.

I found a very wide variety of flooring for our project and like the lay out! Being handicapped I had no problem getting a cart to ride in! All the employees we encountered were very helpful and courteous!

Late winter night I entered the store and literally visited each section of the store from front to back and side to side including the outdoor garden section which is empty of living plants but still maintains an inventory of seeds and tools and yard scaping. Fat ladies night I expected the store not to have employees strategically stationed at every part of the store that could offer help or answer questions but I was wrong there was an employee in each section and each offered to help one even suggested a product that I was not aware of and it saved me $8. I recently had surgery so at the front door there are electric carts to use and this made my travel from one end of the store to the other extremely comfortable and convenient. The store is neatly and logically arranged with plenty of signage indicating what is in each section and that made my search for several products that I was interested in much easier. I moved to Wyoming from the Deep South my experience at large box stores including the Home Depot are that employees will not make eye contact because they don't want to stop stalking a shelf to help you this is not the way it was at all at Sheridan Wyoming Home Depot they walk up to you and ask. The store is ultra clean and everything I was looking for was there the shelves seem to be fully stocked. the parking lot was ample and close by and since it was at night time it was fully lit. Sheridan Wyoming Home Depot earned five stars on this visit. I was prepared I brought my wallet to purchase several items from each section of the store but I forgot my paperwork that had my measurements of wall area and floor spacing therefore I only bought one small item but I will return.

Leilani Johnson was AWESOME she went beyond her job. You should be thankful you have a great employee working for you. Jenna Beavers was very helpful checking out.

I’ve been in a lot of Home Depot stores across the country over the years and seen some very poorly ran and stocked ones but this Sheridan, WY location was impressive with regard to both staffing and stock on-shelves

Excellent service with exceptional employees who go above and beyond to help any way they can.

I always get great help at this store and it is clean and well organized. I especially commend Ryan ? for his willingness and enthusiasm to assist loading. My only frustration with shopping here is the difficulty in finding assistance in the cabinets/appliances/flooring department. It has been this way for ages. Not sure if it is due to a lack of employees for this area or that they are always somewhere where we can't find them, but we often go away from that section because we can't get questions answered.

I always find excellent quality products and plants at this store. The employees are always nice and smile a lot. It's a pleasure to shop here. Thanks!

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Have built two homes since 2001 and a great deal has been done out of this store. Great store!!

Normally the people working are quick to ask if you need help , on this particular visit I waited over 15 minutes almost a half an hour for someone to come to the counter in the paint dept. The customer service people were working across from the paint I know they saw me as I looked down the isles to see if someone was helping a customer. Finally another customer came he went and asked the service people to call someone to help .

Very friendly staff (Audrey) who personally took me to the 3 different departments to find the items I needed.

Generally the store is clean, employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. However, today, they had no cashiers in the garden store, had the doors to the outside were closed, making it very irritating to try and shop there. A big disappointment.

Ken at the Pro Desk was Awesome!!!!!! His knowledge base and out going personality makes it such an enjoyable experience to shop at your store. I wish all Pro Desks were like the Sheridans Home Depots Pro Desk

Good prices, friendly employees but they are not at all knowledgeable about any thing they sell.

I have bought a lot of items from this Home Depot but lately their service and items have been lacking quality. I am don’t shopping here.

The associates in this store are very friendly and eager to help you with your needs. One of the hardware associate was exceptionally knowledgeable and helped me determine the best approach to a project I was undertaking as well as the best products to use. He even loaned me one of his personal tools so that I could complete the project. This was truly outstanding customer service -- above and beyond anything I would have expected!

I are pleased that Home Depot came to Sheridan Wyoming. It’s so much more convenient to shop in our home locale than driving to Billings, MT for supplies & items we could not find here. I especially appreciate the garden shop as well as being able to buy the blocks, lattice, sand, etc. for home landscaping year round. Thank you for being here.

Good store with good location

The customer service needs alot of work. And product needs to be in the right spot.

Clean, well stocked store. courteous and knowledgeable sales reps. Always fun shopping experience and if returns are necessary they are handled in a friendly and efficient manner. Feel glad that we have a store in our town.
