Every time I go in it takes 15-20 minutes to find an associate and when I ask for what I need they say I should look online.

Staff is mostly friendly. I shop at the store because there are few options in the area and it carries the most selection. Sadly the store is always low on staff or they are put at the checkout area instead of assisting customers in the store. They need to be paid way more and provided more product training rather than the wasteful fluff hr policies all corp companies cram down their employees. Delivery driver is awesome and very personable. He needs more help to assist with deliveries in the area!!! I’m about to stop shopping here due to the poor quality of wood being sold there and how much the prices have gone up.

Plants were dying rude cashier

Again, in a long time I haven’t seen someone handle being so busy in a paint department by themselves with four or five people waiting on paint to be mixed and swatches to be helped with or questions and Billie being super nice to everyone and letting them know she’ll be with them and treating everyone courteously she did call for help but just super calm under pressure. That was awesome. Billie deserves recognition for that. You don’t see that very often. Great to feel important as a customer.

I went to homedepot with my son to get the things we need to repair the camper for our up and coming trip. The experience was great. Found everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. The cashier was really kind to my son.

I was looking for a Ryobi grass/weed trimmer. Katy May directed me and helped me with purchase related to Veterans discount registration. I give her a 10 out of 10 in customer service.

This is the only home improvement store we shop, as it's the closest to our home location, 32 miles away. I'd say we are satisfied with this store, 90% of the time. We are fortunate it is in Sheridan, as we shop in other stores in Sheridan, as well.

Today by phone I ordered a new washer to go with my dryer last year. I ordered it on the phone. The employee was very knowledegble and very pleasant to talk to. I haven't recieved the washer as yet but the dryer I got then is still working great.

Nick really helped a lot getting us the products that we needed. They were on a full pallet and Nick had to get equipment to break it down and give us the 9 items we needed. The kicker is - he did it with a smile and great attitude.

I appreciate the number of employees at the Sheridan Home Depot. I do not have to go looking for someone to help me.

Customer service, lot more like the lack of customer service a check out is what stands out at the Sheridan Home Depot! The US Veterans of our community have earned more respect than what is demonstrated at this store!

Unlike big-city stores, when you walk into the Sheridan store, you'll be greeted, asked if you can be helped, and, if you ask, they'll go out of their way to help you.

I love going to our Home Depot, the employees are always friendly and willing to help, and I can always find what I'm looking for.

I’ve lived all over the country and have shopped Home Depot everywhere I’ve lived, this is the friendliest store, most helpful store, and someone always answers the phone!

service desk has 1 person that is rude and INCONSIDERATE assistant store manager comes across as a jerk

The personality and knowledge of Home Depot personnel at the Sheridan location is exceptional. Everyone greets you, offers help, solves problems and treats you with respect. I have been to many Home depot stores in my life time and none can compare to this store.

Mike at customer service and Assist Manager Ken are amazing and so kind! They helped me with an over the phone purchase and were so professional. I feel they went out of their way to help me out! I'm very impressed with this stores customer service! Thank you!!
