Paullette was knowledgeable , knew CAD design and was available which is important. She took the time and was very prompt in getting us an order in a short span of time.

We purchased an above-stove microwave and the associates helped us get everything we needed, including things we didn't realize we would need but did.

Incredible service at the Return Desk for an item I mistakenly bought leads me to think that this store is the ONLY store to do business with,

I have been going to this Home Depot location for the last 4 years. As a general contractor, I go to many different Home Depot stores, but the one in Nashua is my favorite. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful, and I really like that I can return items without any hassle. Check out at this store is also always very quick.

The woman in the store are very helpful and know their stuff! More willing to look to see if the inventory is accurate. Cashiers and Returns employee are accurate!

This is a great store to shop for hardware and home products. There are plenty of staff available to help find items and answer product or my particular project questions. Once I ask a staff member a question s/he takes immediate ownership of my request and will either answer my question directly or walk me over to the staff member who can help me. Great concierge like customer service

home depot is the best b box to go to.there is always someone nearby willing to help and or get someone to help and friendly and knowledgeable

We're just starting out and not very rich so we needed to find a low cost item. Everything we saw was kind of out of our price range until one of the store employees asked us if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us exactly what we needed and at a less expensive price. We were very happy and will return to buy more things in the future.

ONce I located an employee for assistance, they were extremely helpful with finding the items I was interested in purchasing.

Stephanie in Kitchen & Bath was great, she was able to answers our questions and did a great job with our design.

I was in and out of the store in record time thanks to the sales associates who were readily available to help me locate and chose the correct products. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

It's nice to shop in a store where the employees are not only helpful but knowledgeable as well. I wanted to paint my cabinets and the female paint employee walked me through it...they look amazing!!!!

Paul from the tile/flooring department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very sincere and spent a lot of time with my wife and I. We are truly grateful there are people like Paul employed at the Home Depot.

I was looking for a gift card, and the associates directed me to the display, and immediately went to the registers to ring me up. Fast and efficient.

I was greeted by a store rep who gave me directions to what I needed. I was able to speed thru self checkout with no problems

Picking out flooring for a house that is being built is harder than I thought. The team at Home Depot made our experience much easier . Friendly, knowledgeable and available staff made it a great experience instead of a stressful one!!!

Great staff , my last visit was just after they opened and staff is low but I have recieved great help at other times of the day. In some ways not having people ask me if I need help I was able to get what I needed. There was a cashier there to assist me with payment so I was all set. Had I needed Help I am sure I could have asked the help desk

We purchased a humidifier only to find out it had been USED and repackaged. Needless to say, we were quite disgusted to find a brown and damp filter in the unit. After calling to let them know we were told by Jeffery, the store manager, to bring it right back and he would give us a new on AND an additional 10% off. Although we were still quite disgusted about our find, Jeffery went above and beyond to apologize and make sure we were happy with the new unit. He definitely made us feel a lot better about the whole experience and restored our faith in Home Depot
