No greeter. It took too long to get help. The help I got pointed me to an isle number and left. Once there I could not locate the items I was looking for. I had to go the desk to ask for one on one help. I went to a Home Depot competitor directly from Home Depot and had no trouble getting one on one help. We had no problem locating the items I needed. Normally I have a good experience at Home Depot. Maybe the associates were on break.

This is specific feedback on one visit. We were greeted and assisted by Todd in the paint department while asking to have deck stain mixed. He not only answered all our questions and gave us tremendous help (he’s clearly a professional painter with massive experience), he also addressed myself and my husband, which is rare for me to experience as a woman. I’ve had many good interactions at this store by myself, being respected as a customer and not assumed to be waiting on a male counterpart, but this superseded even that. I appreciate this respect so much, I’ll gladly drive the extra 45 minutes to hit this store up now.
