I've bought some flooring at the pro desk with Nocole and she was just amazing the way she took care of all my needs .

Carlos was working at the Service desk when I arrived. I had 21 bundles of Life Proof flooring I needed to return. I was just barely over the 90 day return policy, but he was able to accommodate without issue. When the computer told him I needed to be paid in cash and the funds could not be placed back on my card, he hustled to obtain the (substantial) funds from a colleague and even offered to walk me to my car since it was a little more than most people would be comfortable carrying. Great guy. I will be back.

I am disappointed that all Home Depots no store items in the isles. This makes it very difficult to walk down with a cart and is a fire hazard. It is not just the South Nashua store that does this. I frequent a few a week and they are all the same.

Any time I have shopped at this store I have found the associates very helpful and friendly. Returns are very easy to do and the self check out is also very helpful and saves time. Store is neat and clean and aisle are easily marked

I shop here regularly and really appreciate the excellent inventory and nice staff. This is my go to Home Depot for harder to find items.

Everytime I visit Home Depot in South Nashua, NH I am actually surprised at how friendly and attentive the staff is. I'm always greeted by employees welcoming me to the store, offering to assist me in finding what I need, offering advice when I have questions or offering to find another employee with a bit more knowledge for their input. Lastly I am always thanked for shopping at Home Depot and wished a great day! For me it is always a pleasure to shop at Home Depot

I bought (4) 24 x 78 solid core pine doors to complete a closet project... 2 at South Merrimack and 2 at South Nashua as South Merrimack only had 2 in stock. It was great that South Nashua had some in stock and Dave in Millwork was very helpful.

Need more staff to help.

This Home depot has the best flower collection and understanding sales personnel. They go out of there way to help in the paint department to make sure I understand and get everything I need. My husband and I have been coming here for decades. Having a 100 + year old house we are grateful for the help they given on over the years.

I was able to find what I was looking for.

During our last visit we had three employees address us. First as we entered and staff member simply walking toward the front said good evening, followed by a second employee who saw our hand were full and offered us a cart, and finally the cashier who wished us a good night. Impressive considering the lack of customer service at so many places nowadays.

Customer service cashier Ann Marie is the type of person more businesses should have. She genuinely cares, is kind and does her best to make sure customers have what they need and get good service.

Asking veterans, especially older veterans, to drill down several layers into an app seems a bit onerous and self-serving. This change was rolled out too quickly and is a disservice to your military and veteran customers. The ease of obtaining a military discount used to distinguish you from your biggest competitor. Not anymore.

I encountered multiple obstacles to using a credit card to place a large order for custom kitchen cabinets, countertops, and installation. The Kitchen Designer tried in earnest. Then the Specialty Supervisor came to the rescue and we did it with a personal check and my photo ID. I really appreciated on the day before Thanksgiving how hard they worked to get my order in the hopper with vendors. We are moving from SC to MA and remodeling a house we have purchased near your Nashua NH store.
