We were so fortunate to have such a professional flooring associate help guide us through our flooring purchase. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find out answers to all of questions we had re the product and installation of it, start to finish. She is an asset to the dept and Home Depot! Thank you for the great experience at the Nashua store.

Unexpected helpful associates at the store. The cashier is friendly. I got what I needed from the store.

My husband and I do lots of home projects and frequently need to pick up lumber and other supplies. We are always able to find an associate to help us, and to help load the car if we need. Great store.

Cashier demanded to see an ID for a $19.00 bill when I went to pay with a credit card. When I told her it was ridiculous she asked 'isn't it better if I check?'. When I refused she got a bit of an attitude. I was thinking of getting a manager and finding out if this was now store policy or if this or if this young lady has made it her personal mission to stop credit card fraud. But I did not want to waste any more time on this and just paid cash and left. unless I have to stop there for something, I will go to Lowes.

For a while, I avoided shopping at Home Depot. Things are a lot better now.

The purpose of my visit was for multiple products. Forget about getting help with purchasing chain and/or fixtures to fasten it to a post. There were at least four "Associates" working within 15 feet of where I was looking for products I needed to complete a project. Not one associate offered assistance. I purchased the items I was looking on this visit in a previous visit and had a totally different experience and I left the store with the same items I could not find on this visit. The Associate in the paint department was fairly helpful because I knew exactly what I needed. I left the store with the paint I needed. If you're visiting the store in the afternoon of a weekday don't expect to get help or a knowledgeable associate. If you know what you want and where it is your okay with this store. Otherwise I recommend avoiding this location. Upon leaving I drove up the street to the local Lowes and purchased the items that were either out of stock or out season. (Chain and fasteners to latch it to a post.)

I typically come to Home Depot weekly for items for different home projects; however, the last experience I had there was outstanding. I also work in retail and I must say that the level of training in regards to customer service is impressive at this site. Not to mention, they usually have everything I need for large and small projects.

When asking an associate where the Irons that were in the flyer on sale were he said we do not sell Irons.

As mentioned store associate was very helpful with finding ladder bumpers, I also got help finding floor tile from flooring, the person was very funny and he explained what I had to do to try to get home depot to help with a bath remodel.

I've always been impressed with the availability and helpfulness of the associates at this Home Depot. This is the only one I shop so I can't assess whether it is unique, but I've been very satisfied. When I need to return stuff, customer service is quick and hassle-free.

The initial installation process was a bit slow and confusing at first. However, their associates quickly settled all doubts and concerns. Great selection of quality tiles.

I had specific questions about light fixtures for the side walls. The Sales associate in the lighting department had more than 15 years of experience. He not only explained to me and my wife about how I could use some of the ceiling fixtures as side wall fixtures but also went to great lengths in showing us the tools required to do the job and the nuts and bolts which would help me fix the lights to the side walls. I was impressed by the knowledge and tremendous patience he had to explain things in such detail to us. I would strongly recommend this store for any lighting needs. I would definitely visit the store when I have any work to be done in any part of my house.

When the Pats aren't playing on Sunday, its the only place to go to keep yourself busy for the weekend.

Store carries many products not available at Lowes. If you don't want to waste time, go to HD first.

Long line of people trying to check out at the ONE open cashier. Store manager was there, saw it, did nothing. I have to work to make money. I do not make money waiting in line for 30 minutes. I will find another, hopefully better run store.

I needed an item to use for a craft projects which so happened to be a chain saw, yes a chain saw that would be easy to handle , light ,small , in expensive. The gentleman who helped me acknowledged me immeadiately when he saw me and was knowledgeable he also went over the instructions on how to use it. I purchased the HOMELITE 14'" elec. chain saw and I am very happy.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a piece of plywood to use as my temporary countertop. Once I went down where the lumber was located, an associate came over and asked if I needed help. He was very nice and explained the different types of plywood available. Once I made my choice he put the wood on my cart. After checking out and at my truck another associate offered to help me with the plywood. He put it in the back of my truck. I greatly appreciate the help as the plywood was too heavy for me to carry. If I have one thing that bothered me it would be the casher, she assumed my Home Depot credit card was my husbands, I did appreciate her assuming something that was not true.
