We noticed a poster advertising a promotional discount for opening a Home Depot credit account. We tried to apply online as instructed on the poster but we did not have sufficient cell reception to complete the application so we asked the closest cashier, Jose, if he could help us. Knowing it would take a while longer and with several open check stands that did not have customers at the time, he shut off his open light and walked us step BTS tep through the process and informed us of additional benefits of having the credit account, then was patient with us while we chose last minute snakcks to add $2 to our order to maximize our new discount.

Everyone I asked knew where to look and pointed me in the right directions. The cashier in the Garden area was very pleasant too 19703.

This is a great place for a female homeowner to go to seek expert, polite help with small projects. You will not leave here without an answer to all questions and everything you need. The staff is diverse, including age-diverse, and all are expert and capable.

Sheri Gunn in the specialty department was incredible. We went in to purchase blinds for our new home and Sheri was beyond helpful. She sat with us for over an hour to make sure our order was 100% accurate with the best deal. Left the store completely satisfied knowing we made the best purchase for what we were looking for.

We bought a Weber gas grill there and had it assembled. Best thing we ever bought!

Cindy greeted my with a sincere smile and was very professional and courteous. I walked out of the store with a smile on my face.

We ordered a patio dining set online but it had issues with locating it eventhough an email was received with order#. Irma saved the day twice for us by helping us purchase the dining set and cancelling the double order. She corrected the mistake the phone representative had done.

Shelf price for an item was $59. Checkout price was $69. I’m sure the shelf price was for the item I purchased. Rude! Deceptive!

We had a great experience at this store! There were tons of employees on site to help us along the way. Bob was very friendly and helpful with all our project questions. At check out, Cindy was so sweet. And even the gal sweeping the isles was friendly! What a great store! Thank you, Home Depot, keep up the great work!

The Spanish Springs Home depot is a great place to shop. From the time you are greeted upon entering, to the help offered when you are looking for a particular item, to when you check out! The folks working there go out of their way to provide the best service possible. I highly recommend the store.

I went through self check out & needed to have an alarm taken off my purchase. I waited behind an employee as she helped another customer. Once she was finished with the customer she walk around me to help someone else who’d gotten there after me! I ended up flagging another employee down & he took the alarm of. As he did the woman acted surprised & said “ oh had I known I’d have did that for you!” I sad “ Well I was standing right by you as you walked around me to help someone else not acknowledging me at all so forgive me if I don’t believe you!” Then I left.

I have bought many excellent products and plants at this store. They have a really nice garden supply department. I also buy many of my cleaning supplies here because it’s convenient. Also , of course , all paint and tools, etc. .

I like walking into my Home Depot and feel welcomed by the employees. They strive to be helpful and knowledgeable and will seek help from another employee if necessary to fill my needs. Today, Jillian was extra kind and helpful!!

Everything I need to take care of my home in one place with staff that are friendly and helpful very professional

Pick up a new saw and a few blades for fall gardening. (new garden location next spring) Lots of cleanup to do. My only complaint is that the store is 5 hrs away, and it is the closet store to me.

Our cashier Allen went extra mile to help us with our coupon error, and he helped us set up the app and everything. It took a while but he was so patient and so helpful. Will be definitely coming back to this Home Depot!

The store in the Spanish Springs area definitely has the most helpful staff of the four Home Depot stores in this area. We have been to all 4 Home Depot stores in this area and this store is the only one we will shop at.

THERE ARE FOUR HOME DEPOTS IN THE RENO/SPARKS NV AREA AND HAVE SHOPPED AT ALL OF THEM. THE SPANISH SPRINGS STORE IS THE BEST OF ALL OF THEM AND HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THE OTHER HARDWARE/HOME IMPROVEMENT IN THE AREA.

I bought kitchen cabinets online. When I arrived at the store I was greeted right away at the service desk by friendly helpful staff. They helped me load and secure the cabinets, twelve of them. The experience was enjoyable and satisfying. Will use the online ordering system anytime.

For the most part home improvement stores are all pretty much the same. THIS Home Depot has Jerry. He always greets you with a smile that lights up the day. If you're a frequent flyer he remembers your name, what you're usually looking for, anything you've chatted about in the past and he knows where EVERYTHING is. Ask anyone that shops here with any regularity what they like and they will light up and say without fail that it's Jerry. Yes, one staff member can really make a difference.

I had a problem and brought it to Miss Chen. Miss Chen as always took to the matter involving the store manager. The problem was resolved within minutes. I understand not all problems can be solved this easily. If we show patience and respect every thing can be resolved

I'm purchasing flooring and this is the best place to shop.

I arrived I got greeted at the door. My list was long so I ask for out from the employees they help me out out throughout my shopping list at the end of my shopping I was greeted again and I left happy from shopping at this location

of all the home depots in our area the Spanish Springs location is by far the best one. The employees go out of their way to check with you to see if you need help. Most big hardware stores you feel like they are hiding from customers. Love this store!
