Nathan, the Appliance Department Manager, did an outstanding job recently with my appliance purchases. I am in the process of relocating to Sugar Land and he and his team focused their energy on ensuring that my requirements were met and provided me with tremendous information to make the right purchase for both my washer/dryer and refrigerator. They were very knowledgeable about the various manufacturers and willing to make every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the products selected. No pushy salesmen/women, with landing a sale in the background but customer satisfaction in the foreground. Job Well Done.

Generally we visit this store as it has more associates available than the Missouri City store, and usually more helpful, Last visit though one associate was very helpful he could not get the details required. Customer Service pushed us to another associate, who had no clue.

I have shopped in dozens of Home Improvement stores in many parts of the country and this is the best I have ever shopped at. Whoever helms this store definitely knows what they are doing. Clean neat store anytime you stop in. They have literally got everything anyone could possibly need and will order it if not on the shelf. All associates know the whole store in general, their department completely and are very friendly and helpful. Really a great model for customer service. I wish I could hang out with the Manager for a couple of days to see how he does it.

This store is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Sometimes, the person you need to talk with is helping another customer so you may have to wait a bit for his/her advise.

I would only recommend this store if you steer clear of the cashier Darlesha who is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I had just purchased two LED light fixtures and it was pouring down rain outside. I asked her if there was anything we could wrap or cover them with to keep from being soaked in the rain and all she said was "That's all we got" referring to the small bags at the end of the counter. There was no offer to put a bag on each end of the fixtures or any other options to help me. It was just "That's all we got." She should not be in a position to interact with customers. It seems to me that the cashier, who is the last point of contact with the customer, should be someone who tries to represent the store to the customer in a positive manner. Guess not at this store. Give me your money and leave the property. That's all I got too for this store.

Have visited this store 2 times this week trying to buy different amounts of paint. In each instance, after having spent a lot of time trying to make the desired color selection, the paint base was unavailable.

Good selection friendly staff and check out better than most. Good location for me and has the products i need for jobs.

It was late 9:30 had allot of parts. too many for self check out. Cashier was very freindly an eager to assist

MOST STORE ASSOCIATES WERE HELPING AND SMILED. CASHIER TONJA WAS HELPFUL AND PROVIDED HELP NOT ONLY TO ME BUT SOMEONE WHO CHECKED BEFORE ME AND SOMEONE WAITING AFTER ME

This store is my favorite hardware store to shop. The employees are polite and everyone greeted me as I walked around thew store and offered to assist me. I recommend the Sugar Land Home Depot for your gardening, building and maintenance needs.
