great people and great customer service

I went into the Torrance store to purchase a Halloween witch in rocking chair that I had seen previously. They were sold out. When I checked out with other items, the cashier Diane in the return area asked if I found everything so I mentioned the witch that was sold out. She took it upon herself to check online, found it and ordered it from another store (Inglewood) and arranged for delivery. The Inglewood store was very helpful, calling me to confirm that the floor model was okay (Virginia) and I agreed. The delivery person did not show up so the Inglewood store employees Ismael and Chris delivered it at 8:30pm to our door, good teamwork and excellent service!

Aisles propeely stock Cashier unproperly train. They act like cops wanna be. Its annoying.

I rate this store a 5 star, all ways very willing to help, and friendly usually had what I am looking for,

Parking lot is chaotic. Store employees are friendly but not helpful. Store is disorganized.

Rogelio in the appliance section was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me select the refrigerator that met my needs. I would definitely purchase another appliance from him.

This store has improved 100%. All the employees seem happy and very helpful. Today I purchased paint and i did not get the ladies name who helped me, but she was very helpful and ready to do whatever I needed in a quick manner. Tony checked me out and advised me that in applying at the register for a Home Depot card, I could save $25.00 on my purchase. He made the whole process quick and very enjoyable! I live directly across the street from your store, and I visit often. I look forward to coming in again.

Workers are helpful and best of all honest.

The Torrance Home Depot is a great place to shop it's clean and the employees are very kind and generous don't forget helpful like (checkout clerk Tony.) The only thing I'm disappointed in they don't have a hot dog stand lol best shopping.... Carl Eagle Eye

Alex Ornelas the Assistant Manager was very nice and helpful in solving a problem with my order delivery from the kitchen/bath cabinets section.

The products were all in plain view and easy to find. The assistance given was excellent. The store was neat and clean. The associates were very helpful and friendly.

I always have a really good experience when I shop at Home Depot. I'm not really able to compare it to other Home Depot stores because this is the one I usually always shop at. It's convenient to where I live and work. The employees are always friendly, smiling, and helpful. I usually work alone, so I usually always have to ask for help loading materials into and onto my Jeep. It's never a problem getting help from a Home Depot employee... although, there are many a time when another contractor or handyman is near my vehicle and they too always seem to be happy to offer some help. That's community spirit! I always try and do the same myself. This is the United States of America! We're a melting pot of amazing people from all over the world! Doesn't matter what generation American you are... we are all here for the same thing. To live a better life. Home Depot reflects that spirit in the diverse number of amazing employees who work here. It's so easy to find what you are looking for at Home Depot because the employees are so helpful, friendly, and they usually always laugh at my stupid jokes.

Customer service from YOUR store assistance manager (Amanda) is the worst, seems not to give a crap about customers, hangs-up on customers when she has no answers, and I will e-mail Home Depot Headquarters to let them know about her.

Nicki in plumbing was amazing. Went above and beyond . I was lost and she helped me! Made me feel so comfortable. She put together a diy photo back drop I was making for my daughters 1st birthday using pvc pipe! The intructions I had were wrong and she fixed it for me! She saved the day!

Mac Butler (Pro Account Sales Associate) was an excellent source. He knows about to serve and help customers. He kmows what he is doing. He is patient, kind and ready to help. His positive attitude makes the difference. He is a real asset to Home Depot.

This is a great location. There are no people outside blocking the parking lot trying to help customers load their cars or come home with you. The store staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
