Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have any Spring Deals in 2026?

The Home Depot Spring Deals sale is here to help you save even more. Save big on lawn and garden, including mulch, as well as outdoor power equipment. That way, you're prepared to enjoy the greenery and beauty this season. Find low prices on storage and tools to kick off your spring cleaning and home repair projects early, before the heat of the summer hits. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from 4/23 through 5/10, so remember to shop before it ends.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?

Be confident your home is ready for spring temperature shifts by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If moisture freezes inside the cracks, you might be dealing with damage. On your home's exterior, examine roof shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that may let water leak inside. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to winter weather. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

Do you carry large moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

When is the next Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Don't miss our Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a keepsake box! Your little builder can put together their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
