Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have good deals for Spring Black Friday?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, soil, and mulch, then update your patio furniture or grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning with storage and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so shop fast.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be certain your home is equipped for spring temperature changes by repairing or replacing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. On your home's exterior, examine roof shingles for damage that may let water leak inside. Vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter storms. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If water freezes in the crevices, you could be looking at a problem.

Do you carry moving boxes?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
