I stay frustrated with this location of Home Depot. If you need help in the lumber department I hope you brought a lunch. Today I was actively hunting for an employee in lumber to cut plywood. It took well over 30 minutes to get someone. I spoke with the store manager about it. He showed no interest in my problem and asked if I had tried to hire someone recently. With millions of people of people unemployed, he cannot find anyone to work.

This is by far the best store in Memphis period thank you guys for your hard work

I ordered a grill online, and was told I had to wait a day for Assembly. Right. When I got the text to come pick it up, they loaded it in my truck for me. When I got home, less than 3 miles away, there was a huge dent in the front, a knob was missing, the advertising stickers were all still on it, as was 2-3 inches of dust. The grease pan was full of bugs. I'm no genius, but I'm thinking it wasn't assembled at all, and was merely one of them stuck out front like all the others. Not exactly bait and switch, just not truthful. Then again, this is about the level of service one can expect from Home Depot or any retail establishment in Memphis.

This Home Depot is quite close to my home and I use it often. However, this store went above and beyond the cleanliness and protections against the pandemic BEFORE being asked to require people to wear a mask to enter, and to limit the number of people in the store. It was extremely impressive to watch the employees managing this entry/exit and the cashiers literally stopping an unmasked person coming back inside through the exit door to (politely) tell him to mask up! It's the reason I will definitely shop at Home Depot because your management of this store, especially during this extraordinary time, is excellent and important to my overall well-being and sense of safety.

I did a review of the purchase I made today and I accidentally checked that I was uncomfortable with the steps taken by Home Depot to protect those shopping from COIVID19. I was unable to go back and correct that and in fact, I was impressed with the steps HD took. HD had carts that were santized but still provided a station for additional sanitizing. There were places to use sanitizers on hands and everyone I saw was wearing a mask. I appreciate those steps. The associates were helpful and went out of their way to help me with my purchase.

Store completely out of advertised products. No desire to return to even use the balance on a gift card.

Employees who care. Great stock of products reasonably priced. Centrally located easy to check out

It is just getting worse. Aisles are full of stuff making passing other customers harder and closer during a pandemic. Few employees wearing their mask properly. No sanitizer for carts it customers to be found. Prodesk useless. (Wouldn’t even pick up the line for a call from customer service) understaffed.

Treated poorly by cashier at checkout. Asked to speak with a manager. When he came over he allowed the cashier to continue inappropriately speaking with me. The store was dirty, most isles filled with opened boxes and material not put away while employees talked in groups together. No sanitation for carts, no social distancing, some employees with masks proper, other with them hanging down, others with no mask at all. Poor customer experience and lack of concern.

I shop at this store, which is right next to the Kroger I work at. The self checkout folks are always great. I am very loyal to Home Depot, mainly due to the amount of US made items I find. I enjoy helping keep American jobs going. Keep up the good work!

CLEAN WELL STOCKED AND FRIENDLY

The supervisor Micah had to step in to diffuse the situation, because the gentleman who repaired my weed eater was very disrespectful 3 out of the 4 times that I've been into the store about my weed eater. This visit was the absolute worst. The gentleman who did the repairs became aggressively vocal about the situation and told me get out of face. All because I asked to speak to his superior. I'm utterly disappointed for this type of behavior. All I wanted was my weed eater repaired not disrespected by an employee that's there to perform

My last three visits to the store has been poor at best. I've been talked toas if my business wasn't appreciated. All I needed was my weed eater repaired. The gentleman working in the tool rental was very rude on two of the three visits. Luckily on my last visit the young lady that waited on was there, because I wouldn't have checked on my repair.

This store is always stocked and clean. The staff is ready and willing to help! You don't have to ask...they ask you!

this particular location had the size of the item I was looking for and the price was in my budget I like the fact that when I go on line to search for a particular item it will tell me the nearest store to go to good team work .the item was high on the shelf and there was an associate already in the isle ready to assist with no problem she was professional and friendly during the whole process

Today, I went to this store on Truse store #0703 , located on poplar ave. and Truse in Memphis Tn., to purchase a disinfectant called " odoban ,regular scent". Not only did they have it in stock, but the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. $8.98 plus tax. I have used this product for over 20 years. It works EXCELLENT. Also, 1 gallon, makes up to 32 gallons. And according to the label, it kills 99.99 % of all germs. A big shout out to this store, Especially Ms. Kim and Ms. Yolanda for going over and above the call of duty in assisting me. I highly recommend this store as well as this product. Keep up the great job!!!

The salesman in flooring was a great help to me buying a commode. It wasn't his dept. but he came over to help me with sale and installation, very helpful.

Products found easily. Store personnel helpful. Store Clean. Need to fix problem with wifi. When app hooked to wifi it won't find any prices, when wifi turned off was able to get some prices. Still need scanners in store as some items don't come up even on app.

The sales associates were knowledgeable and friendly. The products were available and displayed well.

I placed an online order around 12:30 PM. When I went at 4:30 to pickup, the order was not available. The rep at the counter was quick to call someone who was suppose to have gotten my order as it was "on his computer". However, in the interest of time, I went to the aisles and got what I needed. Very disappointed in the online experience.

Tracy has been amazing at helping me out every time I come into the store and I come in there A LOT!

Again it was Andrea, Toya and Roy Hone Depot employees that impressed me with excellent customer service I received tonight! I could leave the parking lot before I finished this survey! JG Brown Memphis Tn
