Appreciated the beautiful flowering plants - smaller sizes were reasonably priced. Service was caring, competent and responsive.

This store is a mile away from my house and yet if I have the time I avoid it like the plague. Over several years their customer service is simply abysmal. The ultimate example is a few years back when my wife and I were ready to spend several hundred dollars on a new kitchen range. We looked around the models for several minutes, waiting to be helped, and it was a ghost town--not one employee looked to help us in any way. So, we took our money elsewhere. This sort of experience is par for the course at this store--even if there are several employees around they're either busy with something else, it's not their department, or they simply cannot be found.

Everyone is always great at this location, I have no complaints and tend to go here over the other stores due to this very reason.

I would like to give a shout-out to Johnvis. Even though he didn’t work in the section I was in, he was so helpful! He cut my show molding for me. I needed 75 feet worth, so he definitely was doing some cutting! Plus, he helped me out when no one else would come, and I felt like I was being ignored! Following one of the team member’s directions to go to the section and wait, I did. But, no one came... until JV showed up! He tried to get people over to my area by calling workers, but no one ever came. By the time he came over to just do it himself, I was tired and frustrated. After what started off as a horrible experience, JV turned things around for me! May God bless him! Keep up the good work JV!

The cashier I encountered (BRANDI) was one of the friendliest I’ve had in a long time!!!!! Stay blessed and grateful Brandi...... I appreciate u!!!

Phillis was a very hard worker, and took time to help us load up the truck when there were no other staff members available.

There is so much fear from carjackings. I do not know the name of the cashier who was so kind to stand at the door to watch as I entered my car safely. That’s just being a good and faithful neighbor. Thanks to your employees!

staff always thinks your stealing and never helps you

Ron is friendly, professional, and made shopping for my appliance quick and easy. Several other store employees greeted me with smile and “hello” while I was shopping.

Associates at lawn and garden were very helpful. Also, Michelle, who was helping employee at customer service went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolve. After visiting a different store the prior day, this store was miles above the other. I appreciate the great service.

Horrible customer service... I asked a question of an employee and he talked down to me and blew me off and acted like I was bothering him. Such a bad experience. With the quickness that he was able to talk to me like this I take it it's not been his first time talking down to customers.

This store is a pillar of the economy in this part of Memphis. Business standards are upheld for doing B to B transactions and this city needs more like Home Depot in their execution.

The Home Depot Store was very clean and well organized. The sales representatives were very friendly and courteous to the customers. My shopping experience went very smoothly. The Staff Members are very knowledgeable about the appliances, hardware, tools, products, etc. The Customers and Staff Members were currently following the CDC Protocol Guidelines for the Coronavirus. Overall, I would highly like to recommend everyone to shop at Home Depot.
