Your associate Cindy, who helped me at the Customer Service desk was Amazing! She went above and beyond to work out a challenging situation. I must say, service can be difficult in many cases, but not today at the Truse Parkway Store in Memphis. All because of Cindy! Thanks so much!

My first time at that location

I had a large return and customer service was amazing. They were patient, gracious, and competent. Truse Home Depot in Memphis is a great place to shop!

Customer service is subpar. Product knowledge is non-existent. They gave me a used product as new. One older white lady with glasses that works around the grill area and tools was wonderful and knowledgeable. She is the reason for the extra star. However, in the middle of assisting me they pulled her to do something else. After her it was back to subpar service. Do better Home Depot.

During my shopping trip I received excellent assistance from STEPHEN and MICHAEL with heavy bags of pea gravel. Without their assistance I would not have bought so much.

Even if it’s not in their department and they’re not busy, they take the time to walk around the store with you and show you exactly where these items are and make sure you’re satisfied before they leave you that’s going beyond customer service and I really do appreciate that as a senior and Military you just don’t always get this 100% top-of-the-line customer service in many places

This store is always clean and neat. The shining point for me was the service we received by a floor associate named Eddie who was a veteran of the Army. He was helpful and knowledgeable.

We were shopping in the electrical department and CeCe was more than helpful in helping us quickly locate everything we were looking for. At check out, Shemiyah was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, people without being pushy. This includes three different people in different departments on my first three visits to this Home Depot.

I entered the Garden Center to do some shopping. I got a Coke from the cooler and proceeded inside the Garden Center. "Erica" immediately stopped me and told me I needed to purchase the drink. I explained that I would go shopping and purchase when I checked out. She declined. She was aggressive with her position that I needed to purchase the drink immediately. She rang me up and then threw my receipt in the trash. So, I needed to pay for the drink due to theft (shrink) issues, but then she threw the receipt of the drink purchase in the trash. I explained to Erica I needed the receipt. She then fished the receipt from the trashcan and handed it to me. Her antics were appalling.

Employees were friendly, and helped me find what I needed. They seem to enjoy helping customers.

Excellent customer service today from the floral, home appliances, and customer service desk. The patience was well noted!!

I accidentally bought the wrong size filters. Customer service helped me return the items quickly. After finding what I did need, Mrs. Phyllis and Dmac were very kind and friendly in helping get what I needed. They are awesome. 10/10 recommend this store and customer service!!

After placing my paint order, paying for it and showing my receipt so she could start my order, the employee walks away to help a couple with paint questions. Really???!!!! So I am left waiting there for my order until she finishes helping them.

The wait time there at the store is ridiculous....especially when purchasing a big appliance. I had to wait like 30 minutes before someone actually showed up and there were other customers waiting as well. When a rep did come...they were polite and nice and apologized for the wait.
