This store is a very busy store. It has so much to see and offer. Our needs were more on seeing a professional store employee to help us with our needs. This store came up with one super guy. If you have a need for something more than just shopping, this is the store to go too.

I used to avoid this store and go to the concord one how ever today i found the store much cleaner and check out was reasonable keep up the good work

Store was clean, organized, staffs are friendly and knowledgeable, and prices are just right

I really enjoy our local Vallejo Home Depot, They have everything that other stores do not carry and continue to have competitive prices as well!

The cashier was so rude and disrespectful that I will not shop there again, been to many Home Depot’s and depending on certain situations the level of customer service can vary from really good to not so good, this was worst experience ever and there was no reason for cashier to act so unprofessional and rude, she would not allow me to say anything without speaking over me and telling me to go to the end of the line, even the person she was waiting on tried to tell her I was next but she said the customer is not always right, it was not a right or wrong situation. She was exhibiting her “power” and after I swiped my debit card, she continued to speak rude to me I said I want to cancel transaction she told me I could not as I already swiped card. I was so surprised and upset by her behavior I grabbed my 3 items and told her I was going to Lowe’s. When I walked outside the gentleman who was in front of me stopped me and said that her behavior was terrible and he could not believe it. There was no reason for this to have happened and as a long time customer of this store I can not see myself going back ever again. Worst case of an employee having a bad day and taking it out on a customer. At very least some coaching and counseling is needed. I was not being a problem I was very patient and did not deserve to be treated this way. I have never completed s survey as I understand customer service can be difficult at times, this was a time where an HD associate acted rude and without reason... too bad for HD and the customer. I do not want an apology or a discount or anything else other than this employee to think how could she have handled this situation better, even if I had been impatient, rude or a pain in the butt, which I was not. I have spent a lot of money ($10,000-$50,000) at this store in the last 23 years and to have this experience today is ridiculous to say the least, good luck with your store revenue numbers as I am on my way to Lowe’s down the street! By the way I completed this survey in your parking lot and watch as quite a few customers walked past me complaining about slow lines and rude cashiers. Phil Holden

My wife and shop at many Home Depot stores throughout California. The staff is always courteous and pleasant at all the Home Depot stores. The main difference is the Admiral Callaghan Lane Store in Vallejo has plenty of help on the sales floor. Having adequate staffing makes for a more enjoyable visit and buying experience.

In my experience at the store, I did my shopping on a time matter not taking time on a cashier line, they where a very friendly people. Thanks

I want to really thank this cashier (STEPHANIE AT REG.3) for taking the time out her break to help me because not everyone will do that!! great customer service! in and out and that is what she did!

My wife and I spent about $500 a month at our local Home Depot on Truxel Avenue in Sacramento California. So we go there at a minimum once a week sometimes two or three times in one week. However there never seems to be enough staff on the floor. This is the first time to the Vallejo store, and there was plenty of staff. This was great. I wish all the Home Depot stores could be this way.

love the store inside. but the parking lot is horrible. garbage bags every where, broken glass, trash, homeless people.

Either doesn't have an Electrical Department or is hidden away because they don't care about it; either way go some where else

The store is great and when you go into other departments they are willing to help out. That is most important to me even if I don’t need help it’s nice to know their there for you if you need their help. Great store

The store is very clean... the employees are helpful and courteous, besides the fair prices of the merchandise sold here, you can't beat the 10% military discount

Home Depot Vallejo NEEDS to keep it's parking lot and area cleaned-up! Nails, screws, and garbage is present in all areas. The store itself is a great place to shop. Great products and wonderful store personnel... we would go there more if it weren't a hazard to our car's tires! Sad that the parking accommodations keep us away unless we can't find what we want somewhere else!

This store in Vallejo, really makes you feel like it is Your "Home" Depot. From the minute you enter the store you are greeted with a friendly hello. If you need help finding a particular item, they will tell you exactly where to find it, or even take you to the very spot you need, and answer any questions you might have. If you have any problems they are willing and able to help. This really makes it "My Home" Depot.

Excellent store, great staff & service. Only critic is the parking lot, TRASH almost everywhere.

Aisles are very easy to manage found what I needed and even got some good tips from Richard! He was very helpful

One must take the 'patience pills' before attempting to order windows/doors from this store -- forget trying to get anyone from the department on the phone and be prepared to wait FOR HOURS to place an order. And gods help you if you're of the female gender because the chance you'll be treated as a knowledgeable, skilled craftsperson is doubtful.

Joe works in the paint dept. and has the most enthusiasm assisting customers. He's so friendly and goes the extra mile to help one with what they need. He makes Vallejo's Home Depot shine!
