I always have a good experience when I shop. Associates always point me in the right direction!

I got assistance to find privacy slates that the other store did not have

very frustrated trying to find out information from another city.

James, the store manager and the associate, Michelle are always so helpful and professional. I shop at H/D at least twice a week and consider this store my home base! Everything is so well organized which enables me to get in and out fast! I have a lot of work to do and that helps me to be much more efficient at my job!

It is autumn very soon and it is time for planting flowers and vegetables. So I went to Homedepot to buy flowering plants, especially anthuriums, and some vegetables. They are all available.

Always great service they had everything I needed at a great price.

If it had not been for Tammy, a supervisor, that took charge, I would have walked out probably an hour or more before I did leave. I have never been treated to kind by anyone in that Home Depot in the 29 years I have lived in Las Vegas. She was a dream come true. THANK YOU TAMMY. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME AGAIN. There is always a store associate ready to help you at this store, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to other Home Depot stores here in Las Vegas and the associates seem to run and hide, or you at least have to go hunt them down. I have never had that happen to me in this particular store...

Thank you Ashleigh. My mother joined me on a recent trip to Home Depot. She can't stand that long. Ashleigh immediately opened another cashier lane to accommodate my mother. Great customer service. I will definitely recommend Home Depot to friends and family.

We always find what we need at this store. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous.

I shop at this store a lot. It carries the products that I use. From flooring, plumbing to miscellaneous items. Pricing is competitive. Associates are always helpful.

I was able to find my product with only one question and check out was fairly quick A carryout person was quickly found. Was friendly and pleasant.

Awesome sales associate at the Pro Desk. I own a couple of businesses in Las Vegas, and I can tell you that his personality and exceptional customer service is what keeps me coming back to this store. If he isn't already a manager, he should be promoted!

I had no clue of the location of the water softener I sought, but the first associate directed me to the proper aisle, and the associate there pulled my softener from the shelf and put it in my cart. I proceeded to checkout and was delighted with the friendly, upbeat attitude and courtesy of the cashier. Kudos to the hiring manager and customer service training manager, and to the three associates who made my visit quick and enjoyable!

The store is easy to find what ever it is you want, and all of the isles are labeled clearly .

It's rather much what you'd expect. It's a bit daunting to attempt to navigate, but it's resolved if you're not too shy to ask. I would prefer though that if the associates would just point me the right way... it's a little out of my comfort zone to follow behind another person and look for items together, but I can understand why other might enjoy this experience. I always walk a couple miles any time I'm in this store. The little consumer reviews and demos and summarized information they have around the store really helps in expediting the length of time spent on the shopping trip.
