Jorge helped me purchase a heater at a reasonable price and to my desire. He is very kind, generous and friendly. He walked with me to the heaters and even gave me instructions when using the heater. Omarion the cashier was helpful and friendly and made the transaction easy. I was in and out of the store today.

HOME DEPOT is a giant scam company they damaged my property and tried to trick me into sign off on the damages in order to get my money back on carpet install.

I build custom anythings. I can count on this homedepot for just about anything Im looking for. Today I went in for MDF the last 2 sheets were chipped but usable. SALE CASHIER PAMELA took a look and gave me a discount for the damaged MDF and made me feel good about going there. The team there understands contractors and the materials we need. This store is full of people that know the business and put customers first. 5 stars...

I’m here shopping and supplies typically four times a week or more. The employees and everyone here is really nice and helpful. Itzu in paint is the best color matching girl.

My husband and I have been on a mission since we are renovating and are quite new to the whole thing. being able to walk in and have workers share their knowledge has been very helpful in making our renovations easy. From purchases to returns we find our shopping easy and quick. Their store is clean and organized and the workers are friendly and helpful.

I was at the W Central Las Vegas #3318 location today (12/28/22) around 4 pm. I was told by a friend of mine that the pieces of lumber that are used to carry loads of wood are free. The ones that are at the bottom and have an indentation from the straps. I started filling up a cart with those. This is for me to practice wood cutting, I am recently getting into woodwork. A manager walking down an aisle stopped me and asked me if I knew what I was doing. No hello! or Hi! Just straight up asked me with a stern voice if I knew what I was doing? I was not rude at all, I simply asked are these not free? He said NO! As he is telling me this a customer is walking passed us with the same type of wood in his cart. He said nothing to him. I said I was sorry and I did not know. I will leave them. He then said that he has to send all of those back. I said okay no problem. Then he said I could let you have like 3 no more than 5. I said okay thank you. I proceeded to do the rest of my shopping since I had some other things to get. I was followed around by the biggest security guard that followed me while I was doing the rest of my shopping. I went to self check out and told the cashier that I need another cart because I was told I can not take all of these. Then the security guard came to me when I walked back into the store with another cart to put the stuff I was buying and I can leave the rest of the stuff I was not allowed to take. As I was going to start scanning my things, the security guard was telling a customer in line to use the machine I was using to scan my items. I had to wait for the manager whom I was scolded by already. I was not even told why I needed to wait for the manager again. I was going to leave the wood that's why I got another cart. I was basically treated as if I was just going to walk out with a cart full of wood. They were not even aware I was actually shopping. They treated me like I was stealing. Then the manager comes and says I can have 10 pieces. I did take 10 only also. I feel as if I was discriminated against because I am a woman. I am 5'1" and probably do look like I don't know what I am doing. But for a manager to speak to me like that was unnecessary. He could have simply told me the limits or rules. But no! He spoke to me as if I was not a customer and had me followed around the store by a security guy. I feel so embarrassed. All because a manager couldn't take the time to speak to me like a normal employee to a customer. I had to be treated like I am stupid.

I just finished shopping at the store on Decatur and Tropicana. Pam is the cashier there. She went above and beyond to help me get all my items I needed. She was extremely friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable. She truly made my experience stressless. I just want her to be recognized for going above and beyond to help me.

Products availability is great, good pricing, helpful staff personnel, and offers military discount for veterans. I hope company will give senior citizen discounts, too.

The garden cashier, Fernando called a gardening expert to answer my question. Aft Fernando placed the call, the response was immediate. A garden associate gave me face-to-face viable info re: repotting a plant & if it was ok to share it's space w/other plants. The associate was well-informed.

I can't ask for better service.

This location out of all locations is the best. I purchase products here almost every single day for my construction business. Daniel Jablonsky, who I consider my personal rep, always goes above and beyond for me to ensure I get the products I need. She seems to always go out of her way to get what I need. With her help, it makes my job a lot easier when having to buy different products each and every day. She is the reason why I continue to buy products from her. Thank you Danny for always being there for me and appreciate all that you do for me and my customers!

I just wanted to shout out Kenneth Johnson in the appliance department because he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and did a great Today taking care of my order and all of my needs, I am very pleased with my experience today and I will definitely be coming back to continue to shop at this location because of my experience with Kenneth and the rest of your staff in this store.

I was looking for a runway plastic mat for my home. The worker Ed helped me and cut the piece it looks great. The customer service is great at this homedepot.

Continually out of stock shelves are a mess, aisles are crowed with junk. Very disappointing

Excellent customer service! My mother is 85 and loves flowers but unfortunately the last ones she bought died and she couldn’t find her receipt. Chris in customer service was kind and patient, offering to put the price on a Home Depot gift card. Then another Chris, working in floral, took time to recommend some beautiful flowers that he said could better survive in the Vegas heat. It’s this kind of customer service that keeps us shopping at this store.

Most recently, I patronized the garden and paint departments .In each department, the associates did NOT rush me through with the help I needed. They are competent with knowledge and assistance for their patrons. I noticed that the associates are a team with others from different departments .Their assistance, friendliness, and professionalism make an impression of where to shop for future home improvements.
