The meaning of "REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE" is when an employee like ANGEL and Nani say "HELLO", with a smile and also says "How's the FAMILY"?! I came in to the store for information regarding my glass shower door (Dreamline). Angel pulled up all the information on everything I needed, she even made an attempt to call but realized EST vs PST, now really who does that? Usually some people would just scribble information on a piece of paper, she actually printed the Dreamline information I needed. That's called going ABOVE and BEYOND my EXPECTATION! and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU ANGEL!

I shop at most of the home depots in Las Vegas and this one has most things in stock than the others, and most of them have employees that I've known for almost 20 years now.

I have not received the portable washing machine yet but, I am sure that it will be as good or better than the last one.

Usually avoid cashiers and use self check out . Cashier today was leaning against his register with eyes closed like sleeping standing up. Didn’t care that self check out which he could clearly see was a long line with him being the only cashier open. Stands there , no greeting so I greet him just to be nice . He is silent and scans items with attitude like I’m bothering him . Then fellow employee walks up and they engage in personal conversation. Dosent bother to bag items . Barely moves out of way so I can bag my own items . Bag is torn so all items fall on floor . Stands there and no attempt to help. Again i bag my own items while he stands there almost amused . Never says a single word to me . Initially I greet him to break the ice which I guess I annoyed him by interrupting his nap while on the job . This is why most of us use self check out at this location. Usually don’t leave bad reviews but sleeping on the job and being rude at the same time? Made no attempt to offer help to long line at self check out. Which I guess he couldn’t see because he was taking an afternoon nap . That wa bad enough but having a tough guy don’t bother me attitude and watching me bad my own items with a smirk on his face, I felt it should be posted . Female coworker saw I was not too happy and attempted to greet me as I left which was the only thing that wasn’t part of my negative review

Having to work on the Las Vegas strip, this Home Depot is very convenient because it’s only five minutes away. Beings that I come here three or four times a day, The store employees know me by Name. Shout out to Parris, She’s always very friendly and very helpful. Thank you very much.

Jorge helped me purchase a heater at a reasonable price and to my desire. He is very kind, generous and friendly. He walked with me to the heaters and even gave me instructions when using the heater. Omarion the cashier was helpful and friendly and made the transaction easy. I was in and out of the store today.

HOME DEPOT is a giant scam company they damaged my property and tried to trick me into sign off on the damages in order to get my money back on carpet install.
