Clean store, very nice staff and very helpful

I have always had great experiences at this store. Excellent for availability of large appliances and support after purchases. I know I will get pleasant responses and corrections if need be. This is the store I will always go to first. No need to go anywhere else.

Store is clean and not clutter.

Had no success looking for moulding needed for a home project at other stores but was able to find a greater selection and what was needed at this Home Depot store! Great selection of products to choose from!!

Wearing these masks...but the employees still smile!! They rarely ever walk by me, without asking if they can help with something. Many times, the employee is gleeful as they tell me where to go..AND what bay to find....

I called and asked to speak to the store manager this morning. Her name was Heather. She was very helpful to direct me to the right location for when I came into the store. Before I reached the location I needed to be I spoke with Brett. He was very helpful & took me right to the location I needed to be & then went a step further & verified it with someone else that the item was exactly what I needed. I came home & was able to stop the leak at the bottom of my shower door. Excellent service ! Thank you Brett for being a EXCELLENT employee.

The store usually provides great customer service, but today between 2:45 and 3:15 p.m., it really sucked. If you didn't use a card to check out, you had to wait very long to pay cash. I don't think you should be forced to use a card to check out fast. I don't work at Home Depot; I should not have to check myself out. I should not be punished for not checking myself out! The head cashier was not cooperating today. Would not open a register for waiting cash paying customers to check out. Very disappointed with this visit.

Good customer service at checkout

This store was clean, including the bathrooms. We visited the major appliances and was greeted and helped by Connie. We purchased a Samsung suite and a stackable LG washer and LG dryer.

Everyone at the store is very helpful and professional. You do not have to look arround or wait for assistance if needed, someone will come up to you and ask if you need assistance.

Walk in get what you need and can get help if you need it. People were so friendly one afternoon it made me buy a new John Deere mower,weed eater and backpack blower. Everyone was very helpful! I felt so good when I got home I cut several of the neighbor's yards.

Every time we visit this location our expectations are meet and if there is a problem it is corrected and both parties are happy. Employees are very friendly and they know there departments and items thanks for the great service.

There is always enough staff available to help you with anything you need! They are always friendly, courteous and happy to help! Generally a great shopping experience.

We were walking around for over 30 minutes trying to find the robot vacuum cleaner. We passed multiple workers who talking to each other or were standing there playing on their phones. When asked about where the item would be, I got the response of that is not my area. Its somewhere over there and they point, its in the vacuums which is in that direction. Then i got someone who was obviously on their break, but stopped and helped us because it was obvious that we were lost and had no idea where the item was we were looking for. She helped us discover that the store does not sell the robot vacuum cleaners.

Ms. Marie always goes above and beyond and Schanitra at the service desk is very very helpful.

Exemplary service from the Customer Service Desk associates on locating an item. Was not able to find it on line, they located it, found it was not in the color I needed, searched to help find one in the correct color, went to the aisle found the item and brought it to me.

Love the employees of this store. I have gotten to know them and they know me. Always wanting to help and acknowledge me when you are in the store, even if you don't need their help.

Home Depot is a reliable store that very often have the products I need a a reasonable price. Recently, I had an issue with a chrome teapot style faucet that started to leak around the base. Figured it was the faucet seat but was not able to stop the leak with teflon tape. Wrote the main office and told them of the problem. Think I need the entire faucet inlet. Personnel at the Harbison store informed me that I could problem get this item free as the inner parts have a lifetime guarantee. The email was written several weeks ago and I have yet to get a response from you. Name: T. Lathan
