After visiting 'sister store' on Delta, feels like completely different atmosphere. Clean, bright store. Well organized and FRIENDLY.

Earlier in the week my sister and I had priced electric fireplace heaters and at $299. we wanted to think about it before purchasing. A couple of days later we decided the savings in electricity would justify the cost so we went back to the store and the product we wanted was not in the place we had found it earlier. We asked an associate about the fireplaces and he directed us to the front of the store where we not only found the item but it had been reduced by 50%. A $150 savings was absolutely in our wheelhouse so we immediately asked for it to be loaded up for us. The associate, Ciera, was very friendly she called for help for us and it was a very minimal wait for it's arrival. The young man who loaded it for us also took it to our van and with the help of another man got it into the van and they made sure the back deck lid would safely close before leaving. Every time we go into this Home Depot the people are friendly and exceptionally helpful, if they don't know the answer to a question they find someone who does. I enjoy doing business with this store and will continue to shop here.

Went in for a couple paint and caulking supplies and had the gentleman in the paint department help me by recommending different things, was patient with all my questions and was polite and personable! When checking out the cashier was very friendly and remembered helping me before which was great!

The light fixtures I was looking for showed on the website as located on isle 2, bay 17. But when I looked, they were not there. It was frustrating at first but the store employees were super friendly, helpful and got the items from the back quickly.

Dan & Jacob rock! They helped me squeeze 2 toilets and a shower door into the back of my SUV. It was tight and they were clever. Thank you to a couple of real professionals!!

This store is always so clean. The isles are clear and the associates are friendly and helpful. I prefer this location to others in the area. The merchandise is organized and generally well stocked. Have never been disappointed at this location! Good job!

Andy immediately saw that I needed assistance. She was very pleasant and helpful and knows her way around the store. With her help I found exactly what I was looking for and the price was right.

I asked one of associat for helping me with cutting center, then he called on phone to find someone. He saw I am at rush, then he himself cut the wood for me. This made me so happy, unfortunately I forgot his name, a middle age withe guy ,with goaty and shaved head.

I purchased roofing which is very heavy .I had three associates help load my cart and my vehicle very quickly and very nice. They made a miserable job for myself alone quite quick and pleasant . Thanks guys PS did I mention it was raining too!

The store is open and items are easily accessible. There is a wide array of products, which is very nice and Staff is fully available to help!

Unlike other Hardware stores in this area, you dont have to wait long at all for help with what your looking for, and the people that work here actually know the Hardware business . VERY HELPFUL. Keep up the good work.

Impressive, knowledgable staff. Example, asked the lighting guy about outside flood light bulbs. He personally has tested and used the bulbs they sell. He directed me to what I needed. Another associate used his iPhone to look up a replacement battery for me, which worked beautifully. Highly recommend. They offered their help versus me trying to find someone to help. Much better customer service than their competitor.

This was my first visit to the Eugene Store, we regularly go the the Albany Store only 14 miles away but they were out of this product. Associates were very friendly and was in and out in good time with help to load. Clean store , Parking lot was not as nice as Albany store for larger rigs to park.

I knew exactly what refrigerator I wanted from shopping at homedepot.com. Jay in appliances was awesome and efficient in helping me purchase my refrigerator. I had my 2 year old son with me and he was becoming super impatient. Jay was really quick in completing my order and helped entertain my son!!
