We are not the big project type but we wanted to do something together. We went to get some tile. After realizing we had no ideal what we was getting into. We ask for help. We found that our project became the number one project for the helpful people that walked us through the process. We left with the perfect fit for us and our project. It was the perfect storm for us with the knowledge we received from the helpful employees. Awesome visit. Hats off to Al and Amaya. You made our project work for us.

Product s were neatly stocked and readily available

This store is not ADA compliant! Virtually impossible to get down most isles because of the merchandise in front of the shelves and/or lawn mowers not leaving the standard 36” needed to maneuver a wheelchair

They we're extremely helpful getting product loaded, and loaded on trailer. Helpful finding screws needed for our project.

Each time we visit this store, we are greeted, feel welcomed, and always find what we are shopping for. The store is always neat.

Customer service was horrible. I said excuse me to 2 cashiers five times and neither acknowledged me. The last time I said it louder to ensure they heard me and the cashier “T” was RUDE! She frowned at me and rolled her eyes, as if I was bothering her. The older lady next to her never Said a word. They were standing at register 2. I still didn't get the help that I needed. I asked 3 more people to help me and they pointed me where to go, NO one took the time to show me. Home Depot is at the worse I've ever seen regarding customer service. Especially 0801!

I would like to be able to rent tools

Went looking for a new lawn mower today and had questions about which one of the two I was looking at and Ms.Criss came in and gave me a brief breakdown on the two.The one I went with looked to be out of stock but she told me I'm not leaving without a lawn mower.She came up with the idea me getting the display which I didn't even think about lol.Needless to say I got my Toro lawn mower

This is the most helpful and friendly home improvement store I’ve ever shopped at. From the moment I entered until I exited, Home Depot sales associates made me feel welcomed!

The Home Depot is not far from our home, but, neither is it's competitor. The overall friendliness and helpfulness from the staff at the West Mobile store has me coming back over and over again! You guys rock!

The shelves are not as empty as they used to be. They also have more employees walking around, most are new and do not now where stuff is. I still do not see many of the older more knowledgeable people in the isles. I did run into a manager today though.
