Clean, stocked and the employees very nice and helpful

Abria was great and extremely friendly. She made it easy and I loved her commitment to this store.

There was one employee in particular who made our experience shopping here today a great one but I have to say that the service desk employees are not the friendliest at all. Being at the front of the store they should be the most welcoming and friendliest to everyone who comes in the store. They do not speak when you come in and hardly when you walk up to the desk for assistance. Overall they act like they don't wanna be at work and like what are you coming up here for. There are hundreds of people still without work due to the COVID-19 pandemic and you would think they would be appreciative that they still have a job. Both stores here in Mobile could use some work with the service desk employees and their attitudes.

I was surprised to find anyone in a large store like this to help you! In most other stores like this, you have a very hard time getting anyone to help you find what you're looking for. I walked in and a lady greeted me and asked if she could help me. She was kind and directed me to a certain isle and told me she would send someone to help me. A gentleman came right away & asked what I was looking for and not only brought me to the item, but was really friendly and showed me how it worked! He told me when I asked how long he had worked there, and he said several yrs. You could tell he knew his way around and others were lining up around him to help them on different items. As I was walking away he said come back soon and visit us! He with a smile went on helping others!

I was pleased with my shopping experience and the associates were very helpful and friendly, and I received great customer customer service.

My husband and I were humiliated and kicked out of the line we had already been waiting in for quite a while by cashier Samantha because she refused to believe that the boxes of tiles we bought were on sale (clearance). She tried to charge us the amount of the entire box of tiles for each tile inside the boxes. Then, we were ignored and pushed aside after we explained that we had already received assistance from another employee to make sure that the prices were correct, as we had selected them from a clearance area. My husband had to find the employee who originally helped us pick out and price the tile because she made minimal effort to actually price check our purchase despite what it rang up as and what we told her. Also, I had to wrestle a heavy box of tiles around to prove to her that the barcode was indeed the barcode even though 3 of the 4 boxes we purchased were placed conveniently giving easy access to the barcode to prevent anyone from having to do any of that extra strenuous maneuvering to begin with. This was a super frustrating and embarrassing experience. We won't be making anymore purchases at this location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They approached me to see if I needed help. We are remodeling and my husband and I are in there frequently and we go back because everyone is so helpful and the prices are great.

Horrible customer service. Made and order and went into store to pick up at customer service and didn’t have my complete order and when asking cashier working questions on why She completely ignored me. So finally asked if she could hear me and just said nothing I can do about it.

We felt very safe an everyone had mask on as we did too, we felt very safe, would highly recommend this store to all our family an friends, in your review guide lines everyone one of those were met an thank you Home Depot

Even though I had to drive 50 miles to get my “out of stock EVERYWHERE” item. The ladies in the appliances department who helped me (Jessi and Tee) were amazing!! And I was able to purchase my item.

The store employees were well prepared to take care of their customers. There was a disinfectant table available upon entry. There were employees willing to help on almost every aisle, and there was an unstated dedication by employees to make sure their customers were successful in their store experience. Their experience and willingness to help meant the world to me.

I have problems getting in and out of the parking lot.

I have always had a great experience shopping at this Home Depot. The sales people have always been very helpful with suggestions when needed.

They ladies behind the Pro Desk went above and beyond finding an item that I needed to complete my purchase. Even though the item was listed as in store on the computer they were unable to find it. I appreciated the effort they took to find what I needed.

If you need help don’t bother asking because you’re interrupting everyone’s phone time. Frustrating when you need help and someone would rather be on their phone than help. When they check you out they treat you like you’re imposing on their time because they want to be on their phone.

Thanks go out to all the store associates at this location for your helpful assistance in making my shopping experiences an enjoyment. I find myself roaming around the store just to check out whats new or something that I may could use that I really wasn't shopping for today. It is a joy each time I visit as I get in my car and leave your location feeling like i've been treated like someone important. Thank All of You.
