Great help at store. Quick in and quick out of store

very efficient process , from the online order to the store pickup and the helpfulness of the store associate.

I'M FROM MAINE. I'M A RETIRED SNOWBIRD STILL WORKING FLIPPING HOUSES IN GULFPORT, FLORIDA. THERE IS A ASSOCIATE IN THE TYRONE STORE WHO IS ALSO FROM MAINE AND KNOWS ME AS "JAMES FROM MAINE." HE IS A FORMER YACHT OWNER, WHO LOOKS FORWARD TO HELPING ME LOAD MY VEHICLE. I'M 70 YEARS OLD AND I NEED TO SAVE MY STRENGHT FOR OTHER THIINGS. A 3/4 INCH SHEET OF PLYWOOD IS NOW VERY THREATENING TO ME. I TRIED TO TIP HIM FOR GOOD SERVICE. HE REFUSED SAYING HE COULD GET FIRED. I TOLD HIM THAT POLICY NEEDED TO BE CHANGED! GOOD SERVICE DESERVES TO BE REWARDED!

THIS PARTICULAR STORE, TYRONE, HAS A SPANISH SPEAKING ASSOCIATE IN THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT WHO IS EXTREMMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL ASPECTS OF APPLIED PLUMBING TECHNIQUES WHICH IS AMAZING FOR A STORE. HE SUGGESTED AN APPLICATION USING A COMBINATION OF PVC THAT ELIMINATED SOLDERING AND METAL PARTS WHICH WENT TOGETHER IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. A PLUMBER COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT QUICKER! HE IS A WIZARD.

I COULDN'T DO HOUSE FLIPPING WITHOUT HOME DEPOT. ONCE A DAY I FIND THAT I NEED SOMETHING THAT I CAN ALWAYS FIND AT THE DEPOT.

I have always had a positive experience at this Home Depot. The employees are friendly and personable.

Store associate could not direct me or offer any further assistance to find the item I was looking for. Apparently when new technology comes out it is not explained to the store personnel as they knew nothing about wireless lighting or other such devices or where they could be in the store.

Product we wanted was not on the floor. Had to wait for them to get forklift and get the pallet of underlayment down from the overhead. Forklift driver was not very experienced it getting pallet down. Had to wait awhile to purchase the product.

Associates aren't available to assist and I never receive help with loading the vehicle.

IT TOOK ALMOST TEN MINUTES TO CHECK OUT IN THE GARDEN CENTER TODAY WITH ONE CASHIER WHO WAS TRYING TO HELP A CUSTOMER WITH A PROBLEM AND WHEN THERE WAS 10 TO 15 PEOPLE IN LINE, SHE DID NOT CALL FOR HELP BUT MOVED HER OVER TO THE EMPTY CHECK OUT COUNTER. WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY CAME BACK FROM LUNCH, THE CUSTOMER STARTED THIS PROBLEM ALL OVER AGAIN. THEN HER COMPUTER LOCKED UP AND COULD NOT CHECK OUT THE NEXT PEOPLE. CUSTOMERS IN LINE EVEN WENT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT GETTING HELP IN THE GARDEN CENTER. STILL NO ONE CAME. OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE WORKING THERE BUT NOT ON THE REGISTER. THIS WAS RIDICULOUS!! I WILL HAVE TO THINK LONG AND HARD ABOUT GOING BACK TO THAT HOME DEPOT!

The store has alot of variety of the items I was looking for.

This is THE best Home Depot. and we go so often now the associates know us and our projects and are so helpful!

I have been to multiple NJ/NY stores and have found that often staff is unavailable, unhelpful in finding what your'e looking for, uninformed of their products, and rude. I don't know if it's a Florida thing, or if it's this store, but I have had great experiences here! They care about my experience, and seem to genuinely want me to get what I need without a hassle. Very refreshing.

I was pleasantly surprised when an associate noticed i was searching for specific size blinds i couldn't find she showed me another brand that could be cut to my specific needs this was great because i didn't know this service was available.Thanks

The store was very organized and items found without any problems. Staff was available to assist if necessary.

On a recent visit to Home Depot to purchase a ceiling fan as a gift with very specific requirements, I was met at the door by a wonderful sales associate, and when I inquired if she could assist me in fans, she left the front door and walked me to the fan department, and answered every question I had about the fan. Of course, the fan I chose was not on the floor, but in the overhead stock which couldn't be reached. She promptly contacted another associate, closed down the aisle and got my fan down to me within 5 minutes. When I asked about a remote, she walked over, picked it out and put in my cart. Not once did she or the associate who helped pull the fan down complain or act put out about the extra attention I required for my purchase. They were so gracious and helpful, not something I am use to when shopping, but this type of assistance always happens at Home Depot. Then, the cashier assistance was prompt and easy. I would recommend Home Depot as the place to go for ceiling fans. Oh, and I must also add the price was amazing for the product I purchased. I am happy to give this fan to my niece for her new apartment.

The store was clean well laid out. Went in for cleaning supply's and to have keys cut great expierience.

The employees are always willing to help. I use that store a lot and have gotten to know a few of them. Store is always clean and not cluttered.

Store was very clean, associates are helpful. Manager was very helpful with a malfunctioning nail gun we recently purchased. Very happy with our experience at this store.

My favorite place to shop. The store is well organized and the associates very helpful. I have never had a bad experience in this store. We remodeled our entire home with the help of Home Depot 25 years ago and are now updating floors.
