Victoria in flooring was extremely helpful, she found Robert to help me with loading my purchase, he loaded the cart and pushed it through checkout, then out the door and loaded everything in my car. Teresa, the cashier, was very pleasant and courteous, This visit was very awesome because of these three employees.

They are the best Home Depot, friendly people, happy and love to help!!

Every time I go to this store, it is only because I cannot get or find the product that I need from Lowe's. I would like to go to Home Depot more often, but the problem with that is the fact that they are usually higher in price to the prices offered at Lowe's. Difficulty with their mobile application, and the lack of QR codes within the store make it less attractive for me to find out about new products or current products within the store. Face facts, we are in the Information Age, and that is exactly what do it yourselfers need, information about what is needed, or will be needed on a specific product, related items, etc. Until they can become more competitive with Lowe's as far as prices are concerned, and store associate availability/friendliness, I will continue to drive out of my way to go to Lowe's as opposed to The Home Depot. Store associates are difficult to find, and the often refer me to one or more other associates to "help" me because they are ignorant, or just don't care?

I go to home depot sometimes because I like to see if something new has arrived, I went because I needed rat poison, and I ended up getting more staff. Always you have an associate that offers you help!!

We were helped by the store associate T. She was amazing! Very willing to help with all of our needs. She went above and beyond. We bought blinds and she was more then willing to help us find the right product as well and cut them blinds to perfect size. Home Depot needs more associates like T. Because of her kindness, helpfulness, awesome personality, and knowledge we will definitely be back again! Thanks again T!!

Waited in line to checkout at the one open checkstand, while 5 employees stood around chatting in the next lane. After I finally was at the front, the girl rang me up and then just stood there staring at me. Didn't bag my item or hand it to me or anything. She then sneezed on me and didn't even apologize. Terrible experience.

GREAT LOCATION TO VISIT WHEN NEEDED! LOCATION IS KEY WHEN ITS CLOSE BY SO IT SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE OUTDOOR FAUCET REPAIR KIT WHEN NEEDED. ESPECIALLY WHEN WINTER IS AROUND THE CORNER AND YOUR OUTDOOR FAUCET NEEDS TO BE FIXED RATHER THAN REPLACED!

I was undecided about buying my next washer and I got the help from Jamie. She talked about personal experience with her washer but also she talked to me about different brands and features. She seamed so knowledgeable!!I really enjoyed the experience!!

I was having a difficult time selecting a hot water heater and the associate help me make a great choice, answered all my questions and lead me to the right product for my needs and helped me get some important hardware that I needed to complete the installation. If he had not asked all the right questions I would have had to make multiple trips back to complete the installation.

Every time I visit this store they've got just what I need. All the associates are really helpful and kind. It certainly makes the experience significantly better.

Where you walk to end it wasn't very much time before someone asked us if we needed help me every aisle we walked out all we had to do was make eye contact and someone would come answer questions or help us with anything that we needed it was very clean and very organized would definitely recommend anyone to shop at this store

I was looking for an obscure adhesive tape for a/c duct work and with the help of an HD associate we found a couple of options and zeroed in on the best one for my application. I love it when I don't have to go to multiple stores to find what I am looking for, Thanks for stocking such a wide variety of products to help me get my home projects done!

I'm so impressed with the associate who help us and give us more information about the product that we need, his name was Edward and he help us and he is very friendly and very professional. THe place is very clean.

I love going to this Home Depot store. Associates always come by to see if they can help, which does not happen often at other stores, including your competition! I know that management setting the example has to be a big part of that and thank them very much!!
