Store was fine, customer service is terrible. Anna the cashier was the worst. Actually rude.

The manager Ernie was super helpful. He not only set me up for free next day delivery, but gave the sale to an associate to help her out. Being a veteran it is nice to know that some folks still value service to our country. Thanks Ernie, and thanks to Home Depot.

Brian Ashbee is the best when it comes to helping with the layout and design of cabinets. He is extremely versed in all areas of kitchen cabinets and I highly reccomend seeing him above anyone else!!

Always get great service each time I go, and each time I need assistance to purchase something.

The day of our visit to Home Depot, the service was prompt, informative, employees were pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and the aisles were easy to navigate.

Bad service and very distracted empoyees

Matt (in Lawn and Garden) went far above and beyond! I was unaware of a sale price for a discontinued (?) item, until Matt informed me. For $2 less than I anticipated spending, I was able to not only purchase an Ego string trimmer, but also an Ego blower. I was also able to purchase an extra battery (probably discontinued, because it was 2.0 Ah instead of 2.5 Ah) at an excellent price. Matt is not only a keeper, but probably deserves a big raise in pay!

TOO MANY "GLITCHES IN THEIR SYSTEMS" AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT ENOUGH KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES.

I think you need to look into trimming Bushs in the north entrance you can't see cars coming from the left as u exit the driveway of your store.. Someone could be hurt ... Thank you.

If you get the right employees they will turn a bad shopping experience into a great one. We picked out a fridge and stove we liked but the appliance guy was busy. After waiting 40 minutes we went to customer service and they ordered them for us in minutes. Incredibly helpful and courteous the whole time even though they were swamped.

Had a great experience with an employee at this store. Tanejha was knowledgeable, very pleasant, patient, and provided excellent assistance for my purchase of a reconditioned power washer. She gave me a discount for a minor broken piece on the power washer, she printed out the 56-page owners manual and she happily provided materials for me to protect the seat of my car.

Always friendly and very helpful!

The employees were readily available to help out and ask questions. The best part... I had my dog with me, and everyone said hello and gave her a pat on the head. She even go dog biscuits! Had a great experience shopping the Waterford Home Depot.

Someone is there to help at all times whether you ask for help or not. Employees are very knowledgeable about products and home improvement in general.

The Waterford Home Depot, store #6215, has improved over the past few years. It's now more organized; the staff are more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; there's plenty of product on the shelves; the prices are reasonable, competitive; and there's usually coupons or some type of sale event occurring.

I always have been happy with this store because of it's convenience and selection. I have had a few instances recently that store needs help with. The first is trying to find staff for help and trying to find staff with the expertise that I need. (Being answered in a polite, "I don't work in this department. "). The second recent experience was after having many pieces of carpeting cut and bound, I had one long runner that was the wrong size. I asked the people in carpeting how to handle this. There answer was, "we can't do anything to help you." I called the Enfield, CT store. Bobbie answered the phone and I told her my dilemma and she said, "Doc, we will contact our installers and take care of it for you. I don't know what the charge will be but if you could bring it back to the store, if you are able, we will take care of it for you."

I always shop at Home Depot and in the past had countertops and carpeting installed by them. The store's layout makes it easy to find items and shelves always appear to be well stocked. The prices are competitive and the special financing on their credit card is fantastic. I can't say anything negative on a regular basis however when I visited during Memorial weekend I wish they had more than 2 cashiers in the garden center. Lines were long and taking time to get through. Aside from that one experience I highly recommend Home Depot and will continue to shop on a regular basis.

I've always received employee assistance, the store is clean and organized, and I've received some technical expertise from certain employees as well.

I love Home Depot in Waterford CT, the associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. If they do not have the item in stock they will get it for you.

Im treated right at the waterford store, im a disabled vet and help is allways near,the store is keped up so i dont trip up On any displays, when i ask for a discount i get it .
