Bad color Scott’s mulch not Red!
Bought RED Scotts mulch and it’s brown, manager said it had to put it in garbage bags to return for credit, even after I showed him pictures and the bad stock they are still selling at a lot of stores in the area

Awesome customer service
Lynn from the Home Depot pro desk in Lisbon CT helped with everything possible plus some! explained the tools deals for the brand I was buying and helped my thru becoming a pro member and setting everything up! Appreciate her and making it all so quick and easy!!!

Has what I needed in stock
I needed adjustable lally columns and this store had plenty in stock, and associates that pointed me in the right direction and assisted in a professional, friendly manner. The product was just what I was looking for and worked perfectly.

Outstanding Customer Service
Went to purchase shelf brckets that according to the website were in stock, couldn't find them so asked Catherine for help. She couldn't find them either and found that it was an inventory problem, she skillfully helped me find a set that met my needs and finances. She was so polite and caring and genuninely wanted me to find something since I had come in for a specific need. She accomplished it so professionally, she definitely needs a raise or a promotion!
