This store never fails me. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable employees.

The associates were friendly and very helpful. It was really nice to come out of the store with questions answered and items purchased for our remodeling project.

Every time I visit this store I have an extremely outstanding experience! The employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help. The cashier Diane always makes a connection with me and makes me feel valued. This store is clean and well stocked. The prices are lower than most home improvement stores.

I have enjoyed going to this store for over 20 years. The staff have always made me feel welcomed. I feel like NORM, on the TV show Cheers.

If you are shopping for doors, ask for Shawn. He's goes above and beyond in being helpful!

I have always found this store to be well stocked and well organized, the employees to be knowledgeable and friendly, as well as spontaneously helpful. In addition, I often find tools and other items which I cannot find elsewhere at reasonable prices, and the shelves are well stocked and faced. In addition, I have done a lot of painting in my life, and I have probably used over 100 gallons of Behr paint, a Home Depot brand, to accomplish many home painting tasks. I have always been pleased with the results. Finally, I have observed that Home Depot takes a positive attitude toward their employees, unlike many retailers today. That's it! I recommend that you give them a try.

I had an exceptional customer experience with a HD employee from the paint department assisting me in electrical. The smoke detectors were low on inventory but I was able to reserve a 3 pack at another store for pickup the same day.

All Home Depots are not created equal. It takes a concerted effort from the manager on down to the team members. This store has always been in the highest echelon of service, courtesy, and professionalism! As a loyal customer to THIS store, I can only say that this team gets it right. If Home Depot is looking for a template for the ideal store, they need to use #4918 as a template.

store is well stocked

These guys were great. We went into and bought a new washer and dryer. We dealt with Jim Bregger in the appliance department. He was so helpful not pushy at all. Explained all the differences between the units. Did not push the more expensive units on us, with features we would never use. Never rushed us. Actually made us feel like valued customers.

This store is laid out in a way that is super easy to navigate and find what I need. The staff is always very kind and helpful, too!

The employees there are very friendly and go above and beyond to help you out!

I need the Home Depot staff to be helpful and attentive. I'm finding that most of the people at this location will try to do a good job but I'm finding too many people who don't have a clue. Even worse, not only are they incapable of helping they're also rude. Home Depot can do a much better job than what's going on here.

The associates at this store were incredible (John and Jeff). They took the time to help me solve a difficult problem that resulted in me making a minor purchase that day. They did not base their service quality off of the value I was bringing to the table. They helped me because they wanted to provide great customers service and truly help others. That is what I love about this home depot and their team!

I went to this store with my boyfriend to buy construction sand for a home project. We had looked it up online and saw there were 23 in stock and where they were located in the store. We arrived and were able to walk directly to the aisle only to find the sand wasn’t the correct sand where our sand would be. After looking up and down the aisle, we were able to find it. There were 2 bags left and both were split open with sand emptied onto the wooden pallet. We then had to TRACK someone down and after about 10 minutes of looking through aisles, we found someone. He looked the item up in the system and was able to find them, wrapped in plastic on a pallet 3 shelves up (if an item is empty, wouldn’t one think to stock it?). He then stated he needed to find someone to get them down with the fork truck. So we waited about 15-20 minutes and the gentleman came back with another employee named Braxton. Braxton told us that “due to the high demand of the product, we move this product outside by home&garden.” We should’ve questioned him right there because this sand comes in a paper bag and when placed outside, would be exposed to the elements. But we didn’t, we have him the benefit of the doubt as he’s the employee. He then told us “I went outside and checked myself, we have plenty in stock. You can tell the cashier you need 6 bags and drive out there to load them up in your car.” I then asked him where they were located and was told they were on a pallet out by the wooden sheds across from home&garden. So we’re thinking great, only have to load them once. We go to the register to pay and the girl at the register had NO IDE what we were talking about. I had to pull up the number on my phone for her, despite giving her the exact name of the product. We then drove over to home&garden to load our sand. We drive up and down all isles and there’s no sand in sight. There’s soil, mulch, rocks, NO SAND. We then have to go back into the store and do this stupid process all over again. There were so many things wrong with this experience. I shouldn’t have had to track anyone down in the first place had the shelf been stocked. That’s just pure laziness. You have it in stock, there were TWO fork trucks in the isle and the shelves accessible to customers is empty. LAZY. Secondly, how dare you tell me you “went out and checked it myself” when you know darn well you didn’t. Because if he had, he would’ve seen that they indeed weren’t out there. He wasted our time when all he had to do was get on the fork truck and bring the pallet down. Again, laziness not only on his part but the managers. These people work for you. We come here quite frequently due to the close proximity to our house but we’re done. This store consistently is not stocked, employees are nowhere to be found, and useless when you do find them. I will never set foot in this store again, Ill go to the store farther away for my home improvement needs. Had I not already paid $50 for the items, I would’ve left them in the middle of the isle and walked out. How disappointing.

Store was clean.The associates I spoke with were polite and efficient. I was directed to the things I was looking for.

I had to take a moment to say how friendly everyone is at the Waukesha store I go to. Genuinely friendly & helpful. The greeters at the door, at the customer service desk, etc. It's a joy to shop there!

The lumber department was awesome. Found exactly what I needed and didn't have to sort through a million boards to get ones that were quality.

Horrible service, after three weeks of issues and still not receiving our fence, we went across the street and saved money while getting wonderful service. We bought a fence to pick up the next day. When we went the next day they all of a sudden did not have enough in stock for us to pick up. They offered us delivery for the inconvenience, the day of delivery came and ended and no fence was delivered. Our contractor that was supposed to install the fence passed away and they had no remorse. We are now out hundreds of dollars because we had to pay people to be ready to twice to install a fence that Home Depot did not deliver when they promised. When we tried calling to leave messages to see why it was not delivered we did not receive a phone call back. We tried to go into the store no one was available. We called corporate they said we needed to try to go to the store again and that they couldn’t do anything to help us. Found Luannes number, a district manager of installations, through one of their contractors that I know personally. She acted as if I was the one with the problem and that I was lying about my experience. I will not bring my services here again. I will have my company cancel their corporate credit card and begin giving our clients gift cards from across the street instead. If only they could have taken responsibility and helped with their lack of service and false promises.

The Home Depot is my favorite store and the one in Waukesha is exceptional. Not only is it always very neat and clean, but the associates are always polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. More importantly, whenever I don’t know where an item is located, they actually stop what they are doing, and walk you directly to where the item in question is located! It’s competitors not only ever do this, but their associates never even make eye contact with the customer, let alone inquire into whether you need any assistance. Home Depot always goes ‘the extra mile.’

During all this craziness, I found the employees here helpful and friendly!

Employees were welcoming and ready to help. We were able to get everything we needed in a timely fashion. We’ll be back to get the needed items to complete projects in our new home.

Products were easy to find. I was in over my head on this project but all the associates went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and could handle everything!

Excellent experience today in lawn and garden. This is our most favorite Home Depot. Always appreciate the helpful nature of all employees
