Gardening help was priceless
Megyn was so helpful bringing my ideas to life. She helped me choose the plantings that would thrive and survive in a container, the right soil and drainage. I can’t wait to go back and get annuals to complete the look!

    Stellar customer service!
    We visited Home Depot (Delafield, WI) in search for an orchid plant and potting mix, and have no successful indoor plant experiences. We were greeted by Megyn and not only did she provide advice, knowledge, and product recommendations, but she helped us repot the orchid we chose before we left the store! We learned so much from her in one visit and we couldn’t be more thankful. We left feeling confident instead of nervous about how to care for our new plant. We’re very excited!

      Terrible Appliance delivery and installation team.
      Purchased a LG WashTower Stacked SMART Laundry Center, Order #H4910-206588, Model #WKE100HVA, SKU #1006338543 ON 6/30/2024, 3:21 PM CDT. The sales person AXW465 did a good job assisting in the purchase and setting up the delivery and installation date and time. That was the only positive thing that happened. As far as the delivery and the installation, it was a complete and total "NIGHTMARE"!!!!! First off, the original delivery date was set for Saturday, July 6. The individual who contacted us about the time that the delivery team would be arriving was not acceptable. The delivery time was said to be taken place between 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Those times were too late in the day and we decided to have the delivery and installation at a more reasonable date and time. So, the delivery and installation date was rescheduled for Monday, July 15 between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM which was a more reasonable time. The FIRST delivery team did arrive at approximately 7:15 AM, which was okay. They came into the house removed the old Washer/Dryer unit and in doing so, damaged the door going into the bathroom where the Washer/Dryer needed to be reinstalled. One of the installers wasn't paying any attention to what he was doing and rammed one of the hollow handles of the dolly into the edge of the front door and damaged that door also! Then, the installers brought the new unit and placed it into the bathroom where it needed to be installed and informed me that he could not install the new unit because he could not get the flexible dryer hose to fit over the exhaust vent. That exhaust vent was used for the old unit and I could not understand why he could not get the new flexible hose to fit?!? He told me that the washer water hoses were too short and we needed to get longer hoses. It just so happened that we had purchased a new set of longer washer hoses and was saving them when we would need to replace our existing washer/dryer. He said that those would work because they were longer and would reach everything with no problems. I asked him that since I was supplying my own hoses, that I should get a refund for the shorter hoses that he initially supplied which cost $36.98 (SKU#206508). I asked him to leave the shorter hoses with me so I could bring them into Home Depot and get a refund. He said that he would take care of that for me and he took the hoses with him. He didn't follow through with what he said and we did not receive the refund on that day. However, when we went to Home Depot and told them what happened, the customer service associate did give us a refund for those hoses. I also asked the installer if he could install a Spacesaver Adjustable Dryer Duct which would help in reducing some of the space problems with the installation. He indicated that he would have to charge me an additional $40.00 to install that item. I told him that I didn't want to do that. Therefore, he just grabbed his tools and walked out the door leaving the new LG WashTower SMART Laundry Center setting in the middle of the bathroom NOT INSTALLED OR HOOKED UP! I had to Contact Customer Care @877-961-6683 and reschedule for another team to come out and finish the installation job. The installation job was rescheduled for the next day, Tuesday July 16, between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The different team of installers arrived at approximately 7:15 AM. The installer saw the unfinished installation and immediately got very upset and angry. He immediately started cussing, jerking parts off of the new LG WashTower Stacked SMART Laundry Center, and throwing parts around the room and being very rude about everything. Both myself and my girlfriend tried to ask him questions about what was going on and what was the problem and he told us to "SHUT UP AND LET ME DO MY JOB, AND IF YOU DON'T SHUT UP, I'M JUST GOING TO PACK UP MY TOOLS AND LEAVE!" All both of us was asking for was an explanation as to what was problem. We just wanted to know what was going on. After all, we are the customers! He told us that due to the space limitations, he couldn't install the new LG WashTower Stacked SMART Laundry Center. I also asked this installer if he could install the Spacesaver Adjustable Dryer Duct, and he replied in a very gruff voice "No, won't do that!". He finally told us that we needed to get a 12' Dryer electrical cord and a longer Dryer Flexible vent hose. He made no suggestion that he would pick up those items and return. He only wrote down what was needed and walked out of the house. So, my girlfriend went to Home Depot, and bought the items that he said we needed for the installation. She had to purchase a 6' Dryer Cord because there is no such thing as a 12' Dryer Cord, but the 6' Dryer cord worked. I then had to reschedule for either the Installation Team that was at our home on July 16 or for another another Installation Team to come out and finish the installation. So, I was able to get the installation AGAIN rescheduled for Wednesday, July 17, between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The same Installation Team that was here on Tuesday July 16, arrived at around 7:15 AM and used the new parts that my girlfriend purchased at Home Depot and finished the installation. They were here for approximately 30 minutes and when done, just gathered up their tools and just walked out the door not saying anything about the inconvenience or the mess that was caused by this installation. This has been a very stressful and unnecessary event! It should not have taken three installation appointments and all of the drama and stress to install an appliance. The only positive experience about his whole ordeal was that the customer Service Team at 3400 Hillside Drive, Delafield, WI 53018 where we purchased the LG WashTower SMART Laundry Center. They were very sympathetic and helpful in regards to getting the purchase parts that needed refunded were taken cared of. I would like to recognize Customer Service Cashier Charmaine for all of her help, but both myself and my girlfriend are very upset with everything that took place in that purchase.
        Employees are friendly and are willing to go the extra mile.

          Jayson helped me with an online order that I returned & decided to repurchase.Jayson was working in the garden area when I attempted to repurchase 5 rose bushes that weren’t available in store.He kindly escorted me to the customer service area.Customer service wasn’t exactly sure what to do either, so Jayson found a manager who was able to solve my problem & tell Jayson how to correctly check me out with my purchase. Jayson was very friendly, outgoing, & eager to learn how to solve this problem.

              Best Home Depot Location I've Been In
              From my experience the Delafield Home Depot location has the best employees out of any otherlocation I've been to. Just about everyone there is very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I can always find someone to help me when I need it, and most often I'm asked if I need help without even looking for someone. I've been to many other locations in the area and I can't say the same for those. I also can always find items in stock that I'm looking for. It is well stocked and a clean store.

                    Impressed with store employees!
                    I was very impressed with not one but 2 Home Depot employees while shopping. First Pat Ryan helped me compare products I was looking at and I am definitely glad I spent a little extra for my purchase as it is working out exactly as I needed. The 2nd pleasure was Ari’s, who helped me navigate signing up for the military discount while checking out. He noticed I was having difficulty and walked over and offered help and made sure at the end that I was enrolled. Really nice to experience such great customer service!
