Great Home depot great staff nice , clean store

I have never felt more disrespected by someone whom in the position of “leader/manager” The manager Sherrie is rude and does not know how to talk to customers. I want to say more but I’m sure I’m not the only person “like me” who has felt this way.

We bought a freezer at HD a few days ago and waiting for delivery. I just want to brag on the man that helped us decide what to get. He has decades of experience in the appliance area. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you Smitty!

I can not say enough about Joe! He was extremely helpful and very honest in helping me make decisions in purchasing all new appliances! He made my shopping experience less stressful!

This Home Depot held my 100$ for about a month and a half behind a gift card. I bought it there and i would not activate. It took a multi billion dollar company that long to finally repay my 100$ back. Never could reach corporate. They refuse to allow me to speak to coporate. Terrible service.

I bought several items to paint my daughter's house, including a five gallon bucket of paint. The guy that would normally help with loading was already helping someone in the garden center. A sweet girl named Madison grabbed my basket and volunteered to help me without question. She unloaded my basket and had the five gallon bucket in my trunk before I even had the chance to help her. She was very nice and super helpful. I was in and out of the store in less than ten minutes.

There is a guy name Gage that went far and beyond to help me with what I needed , store #6505 thanks!

I visited the HD in Waxahachie on 04/21/22 and clearly, this was the best experience I've had in any HD store. The store was well staffed and I didn't have to go search for employees to answer questions. Each was very knowledgeable, even on obscure parts. I was approached several times by employees asking if I needed help. I'll certainly make the Waxahachie HD my first stop for projects in the future.

I would like to tell you that the people in the paint department are more than helpful Every time ask a question, I get a good answer. Besides that, the paint they sell is very good. Also I find the cashiers to always be courteous and nice. I think they actually notice I am a senior citizen and usually offer assistance when I need to load my purchases.

Great flooring tile selection

On 14 March, I purchased 3 types of product @ Waxahachie Home Depot (exactly what I was looking for)...now I can start work in my flower garden this week while the weather is nice. The Associates were friendly and offered to help load my basket. You don't get that at the Lancaster store.

Store was very clean and employees were friendly! Smitty helped us to find just the right washer and dryer. We even had a toddler running around and he was very patient with us.

Everyone was willing to help and supported my request. You always hear stories of no one around wanting to help at these types of chain stores. This store went above and beyond to help me when it came to my purchase. Thanks again.

Home Depot customer service has always been great. But on this most recent visit, I had an employee (Melanie S.) at the self check out who took the time to help me download the HD App and register my Veteran status so that I could take advantage of the savings! And she continued to help any other customers coming through that needed assistance! That’s great customer care! That’s above and beyond!

Products that I purchased were of outstanding quality.

Maria V. and Rodrigo provided excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to assist me with locating product that was not on the shelf per the app. Didn't give up until my item was found and shelf restocked. This took several minutes and they didn't abandon us until we were satisfied.

Been to Home Depot thousands of times in Waxahachie is still my favorite location. Employees always helpful and very knowledgeable.

The pro desk in waxahachie is better than any other store cause they make sure to get you taken care of ! In and out! Suzi marrissa and Lynda get the job done!

I bought this about a week ago and I'm so happy I did.

Unhappy group of women led by one mean young woman who leads by intimidation and harshness. Anything out of the ordinary and they mess it up every time.

My husband and I recently moved to Waxahachie. Trying to get use to our new surroundings has been made better every time we go to Home Depot for flowers,tools,or snake away. We’re sold hands down compared to other companies. Home Depot is our store!!

I do not like to be critical of everyone based on a few. The older gentleman in tool rentals was helpful and the cashier was easy to deal with. I did not like the shorter, either Hispanic or Latino person in Lawn and Garden. He was rude and argumentative. He tried to hide his ignorance of the product line by changing his comments over and over. I already had the Brand website and HD website up and put a stop to the back and forth. I do not argue with people I will never see again. It did however put an end to my shopping. Lucky for them, they were the only store that had the item I was looking for (which he said they were out) or it would have been no sale at all.

Suuuuper welcoming, clean and green! The plants are definitely taken care of which isn’t easy I tell ya, and not once but twice I’ve left behind personal belongings and have been reunited each time <3 great place
