After doing a lot of online research into buying a new range and microwave hood, I compared stores. Home Depot's pricing, delivery and installation were very competitive, even against high-volume appliance stores. Their staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and my new appliances will be installed with a minimum of hassle. I'll shop Home Depot the next time I need appliances.

Needed help in selecting the right products for a painting project and the HD guy in the paint dept. was extremely helpful.

Flooring department ladies outstanding employees. Their help is good in their department and can always find us someone to help in other departments.

Used to our local Menard's store and finally tired of the poor products, people and attitudes. Went online and researched products for basement waterproofing project. Found all I needed but wished to see these products up front. Visit to West Bend was like my first candy store. Loaded with brand name products and inventory sufficient to satisfy requirements.

Associate explained the sales and how to read the sale signs. Then let us browse the entire refrigerator section narrowing down our choices. Al then printed out information about our favorite and we decided to buy.

Great store experience! Found the lighting I was looking for no problem and they had enough in stock for me to purchase that day. Very pleased with my Home Depot experience.

I've purchased six appliances for my new West Bend home in November and recently a refrigerator for a seasonal home. The service was excellent and I appreciated the knowledgeable appliance specialist answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Home Depot for purchasing all appliances and service.

Had an associate re-key two locks in a timely manner.......well done. Another associate helped me load a vanity and got me on line info I needed to order additional parts on line. Great service at check out in getting signed up for a Home Depot credit card and loading assistance. Everyone was very helpful in putting me in contact with the right folks in the right departments. Great shopping experience!

I received very prompt attention from the associate in the area and he was extremely helpful. I find the associates at this store much more easy to locate, am often greeted without having to ask for help. They are also much more knowledgeable and friendly and helpful than at that store across the street, (Menards)

The product quality has won my business over the competitors in the area. Great service, very well informed staff, and a good selection makes it my first choice in home improvement stores.

The Cabinet sales group was excellent to work with. We especially appreciated their help in dealing with the poorly crafted cabinets received from KraftMaid. That company and rep were difficult to work with and took no ownership over flaws in cabinets. . I highly recommend working with Home Depot for your cabinet project, but use any other brand then KraftMaid when you select your cabinets.

Always love to shop at the West Bend Home Depot. Employees are great at customs met service, appear to love their jobs and enjoy working with each other

This store is awesome. Manager was readily available to discuss options of my purchase. She made the purchase easy. Home Depot is an asset to West Bend.

Top name brands at very reasonable prices, Have been coming to this store for about two years and have become a customer or life.

Austin and Al in appliances were so helpful, we went to compare prices and availability. We were happy with the prices, the helpfulness and the extra effort put into searching for what we needed we ended up purchasing all new appliances. Will definitely recommend using this store for appliance shopping to our friends and family.

Nice to have an alternative to Menards. different options, etc. plumbing section lacking 1 1/4 parts. store layout takes some getting used to but its not bad once you get to know it. love the Milwaukee tools

Katie in floor coverings could not have been more knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. Her personality was fun and made the whole experience. She stayed past her shift to complete my order. I hope she gets the praise she deserves for the job she does. I was in the store 3-4 times and spoke with her on the phone 2-3 times to go over all the details of ordering $3,000 in flooring. My wife and I had a great experience at Home Depot because of Katie. She deserves a raise :-) or at least recognition for the great job she does!

Store is a good place to shop. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff is amazing! For a woman who prefers shoe shopping, this is a great store for home repair and improvements.
