I went into the west bend store and was looking for ideas on painting/staining kitchen cabinets. Mikey from the paint dept took the time to listen and throw some ideas at me. Very nice to chat with him. I will be going back to mikey

I went to the West Bend Home Depot to solve a problem with a dishwasher purchase. It involved manager approval to re-apply a new homeowner discount and was a bit of a tedious process. Harvey took whatever time was needed and was on the 2-way with a couple of different managers to figure out how to solve the problem. He got everything done that I asked for and then some. It was a pleasure to feel like an important customer to Harvey, and I'll go back and find him in a heartbeat when I need my next appliance! He was the best!

I walked in and was met by an employee who took me directly to the item I wanted to purchase. Afterwards I went to the checkout and the cashier was extremely courteous and smiling as I checked out.

When I shop Home Depot I can find an employee to help if I need it. Their knowledge is from very good (maybe retired trades people) to good, to I will get you your answer one way or another.

If you’re ever looking for someone to help you with color schemes, please talk to Jackie in the paint department in west Bend Wisconsin, She went above and beyond in helping me match yellow that I already painted 3 coats on a wall and I did not want to change. She spent so much time with me in finding colors to coordinate the yelliw. We did it!! Thank you.

We recently had to order counter tops for our kitchen and island. We had already picked out the quartz top. Need to place the actual order. Anne did an amazing job helping us and walking us through the procedure. Was a great experience.

They usually got what I need

I had an outstanding salesperson who helped me right away with a major appliance purchase. I was in and out of the store within approximately 25 minutes! Outstanding salesperson, Harv Karnitz! I wish more stores had professionals like Harv! Excellent experience!

I do quite a bit of business with Home Depot This trip around was a new refrigerator

I had to drive 1.25 hours to get an in stock item. I called ahead, verified supply, purchased via HD cc and It was set aside waiting for me when I got there. Unfortunately the DeWalt mower did not work and I returned it today but still giving 5 stars on quality because the store did a great job!
